Tim Maguire is the Owner of SERVPRO of Quincy. He has been involved in the business for many years and has a passion for helping those in their time of need. Tim has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration (IICRC): Water Removal Technician and Applied Structural Drying Technician. Tim's work and care for others has been noticed by the community. He and SERVPRO of Quincy were recently awarded the Better Business Bureau's 2019 Torch Award for Ethics.

Jeri Beth is our Construction Manager. She schedules, estimates, oversees and takes part in all of our construction and reconstruction projects. She has her Associates Degree, is trained in OHSA, and is IICRC certified. She absolutely loves her work and it shows. She says, "I love the whole aspect of my job! Helping our customers get their disaster restored and guiding them through the process is so fulfilling. I love working in construction and I am so proud of my crew. We treat each job like it's our own project and take great pride in our finished work!" When not working, you can find her painting, building, drywalling, or even sewing. But she really enjoys hunting, camping, fishing, and swimming with her children Jaxton and Jerzey and their dog Nevaeh.

Steve is a Construction Technician. He really enjoys working on people's homes. He says, making their dreams into reality and making them happy is something he takes great pride in. When not working he loves spending time with his wife and daughter, along with their pets Snickers and Sylvester.

Brianna is a Production Technician. She has been learning everything since joining us. She enjoys working as a Team to help people in need. When not at work she enjoys cooking authentic Mexican food and traveling. Her favorite place to visit is Santa Ana, California. She also has a unique pet snake, Versace.

Cathy is a Production Technician and head of our Laundry Department. She likes that she gets to do something different every day and has the satisfaction of helping someone who has had misfortune in life. When not at work, Cathy enjoys time with her husband, Mark, and their children, Christopher, Jacob, Jordan, Parker, and Bindi. Also their grands, River, Emy, Jason, Mima, and Juni. Crafts and cake decorating are also hobbies she enjoys.

Nick is a Production Technician. Nick is learning all he can to help others during some of the most difficult times in their lives. When not at work he enjoys time with his wife, Brittney, and hanging with his kids, Bri, Addi, Chandler & Jeremyah. He also likes working outside and playing with their dogs, Dixie & Dexter. Warning: He has the skills of a "Full Blown Ninja".

Kennedy is a Production Technician. She loves what she does and is able to gain everlasting connections with clients. She says you never know when you will have that reoccurring friendship. She enjoys hanging with friends, enjoying the outdoors, and going on walks with her kids, Zara Lyn & Negan Ryan. They all enjoy their pups, Bella & Ruger.

Steven is a Production Technician. He is learning it all in Cleaning & Restoration. He loves being part of a Team and restoring people's homes after a loss. When not working, he enjoys time with his daughter, Ruthie May. He also likes target shooting, airsoft guns, kayaking, fishing, and camping.

John is our Construction Estimator/Commercial Marketer. With our Professional Quality Construction and Reconstruction side of the business building so quickly someone with John's experience and expertise will help us as we continue to grow. John is Certified in Mold Testing, Radon Testing, and Home Inspection which will be very beneficial in the field. John likes working with customers and especially seeing and comparing the before and after of a finished construction project. When not at work, John loves spending time with his wife Sherri. Also, hunting, fishing, grilling, and time with his pet, Jules Vern.

D.W. is a Production Technician. He takes satisfaction in taking care of customers and restoring their homes and businesses. When not working, he enjoys hunting, golf, and disc golf. He loves spending time with his wife Gretchen, their son Hayden and the family pet, Opie.

Charlie is a Construction Crew Chief. At the end of the workday, he likes being able to step back and see the fruits of his labor while making happy customers. When not working, he enjoys woodworking, fishing, and being a Grandpa. He has 2 daughters, Natalie and Lauren. He also has a dog, Minnie, and a cat, Bobby.

Lance is coming in as a mitigation technician and has jumped right into the flow of the operation. He comes in with some experience under his belt.
