We had a small smoke fire in our house and called another mitigation company that was not SERVPRO. We were very unhappy with them so fired them and called SERVPRO of Oak Park-River Forest. They were on site right away and did a wonderful job cleaning up our house. They walked us through the whole process from beginning to end.
We had water coming in from an upstairs neighbor in the middle of the night and they answered our call right away.

When the technician came he was very nice and told me that I did not need any restoration work because there was no damage to the walls and the floors were already dry. I tried to pay the technician for the service call and he said there was no money due. He was so nice and did not charge me for wasting his time.
So kind and helpful with my family and our belongings after somethings were damaged by a small fire we had.
After I learned that my loss was not covered by my insurance, SERVPRO of Oak Park helped me stay within my budget to get my basement dried out with out taking any short cuts. God bless them.

Owners
John and Tracy Flannery are the owners of SERVPRO of Oak Park-River Forest. John was born and raised in the Oak Park-River Forest community. He and his 8 siblings attended St. Lukes School in River Forest and Fenwick High School in Oak Park. John graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Madison. Tracy is from Michigan. She graduated from St. Mary's College in South Bend, Indiana. John and Tracy have 4 children. All the children went to Fenwick High School in Oak Park.
