I will always use SERVPRO from now on. They do so much more than clean up water damage! They had special equipment to get rid of foul odors such as cigarette smoke, pet odor, etc that we had in our rental and afterwards the place smelled amazing! They also cleaned a large expensive shag rug of ours. We almost threw it away because of the smell but they were able to make it like new. SERVPRO was a lifesaver and really helped us out! Great people to work with!

Appeared using good quality equipment to make everything cleaned up and dried up to their best of their ability in a timely manor. Representatives were patient while we continue to ask so many questions through the process. For something that was not a good experience, they applied themselves to make it the best they could us and our home and all the personal belongings.

SERVPRO recently cleaned the carpets at the offices of CE Daddy and Koonce Insurance/Dimond Bros. in Marion, IL. There were several spots that were "set in". As well as, the smell from carpets getting wet due to the heavy rains. All the set in spots came out!! They were able to get the water out of the carpets and eliminate the odor. We are so please with the results!! The gentlemen SERVPRO sent to our office were very professional and cleared up all of our concerns regarding the wet carpet. I hope we never have the issue again but if we do, SERVPRO will be my first call! I would recommend SERVPRO to anyone needing restoration work of any kind.

The young men that were there worked very hard and were very courteous. I was happy for the one fellow that was here as he was here before and he done a very good job both times.
