Errine Ferrias is the SERVPRO Human Resources Manager and enjoys working with such a great staff of caring individuals. She is very impressed by the efforts of the entire team to assist and empathize with our customers' devastating losses from fire and water damage. Errine is responsible to direct the recruiting and hiring of team members and following national guidelines and directives. She is a native of Bourbonnais, IL and has recently become a mom. She spends time with her family even as she keeps trying to win at Fantasy Football.

Sarah Fisher is our Office Manager at SERVPRO of Kankakee County and started out in the field in 2009 and is certified in our DryBook Program and ASD, Applied Structural Drying. She works with our office staff and production techs to ensure that all files are audited and contain the correct documentation. She assists with budgets and many aspects of accounting. Customer satisfaction is our primary goal, and Sarah sets the example. This Kankakee County native finds time to enjoy camping, fish, and cookouts with her family and pets.

Mike is our Operations Manager and has been with the company for 11 years. He is IICRC certified in the following areas: Water Damage Restoration, Fire and Smoke Damage Restoration, and Microbial Remediation. He is also certified in Lead Safety for Renovation, Repair, and Painting. Born in San Francisco, California, Mike has lived in seven different states, some multiple times. Married with a 4-year-old son and 2-year-old daughter, Mike loves to golf and spend time with his family and friends outdoors as much as possible. Mike says "My favorite thing about SERVPRO is working with homeowners and business owners to help get everything back together."

Dawn Palmer is the Production Manager for our fire/ cleaning team. She has extensive painting and fire restoration experience and is a great asset to the team. In addition to a great work ethic; she brings a woman’s touch and eye for detail that is unparalleled in the area. Dawn has been with the company since 2012 and also helps with fire, storm, and disaster mitigation. She was one of the first employees to head off our division of rebuilds and excels greatly as our on-site Quality Inspector. Her hobbies are playing pinball, computer bowling, and spending quality time with her friends and coworkers. She also loves cooking and helping others with painting projects.

Eric is our Large Loss Manager and part of our Storm Team with certifications in WRT, Water Damage Restoration, and AMRT, Applied Microbial Remediation. Born in Morris, IL, Eric was raised in Coal City and has a vast wealth of knowledge. Eric’s favorite part of working for SERVPRO is “Helping people,” When he is not working Eric likes to enjoy the great outdoors hunting and fishing. .

Bill Wilczynski is the Sales and Marketing Representative at SERVPRO of Kankakee County. He has been with the company since 2012. He is formerly from Chicago and currently reside in Ashkum, Illinois. Bill has over 30 years’ experience in Commercial Insurance in the Property and Casualty arena. Previous to SERVPRO he provided his expertise underwriting major corporations on behalf of Lloyds of London and Insurance Carriers domiciled in North America. He also was a Surplus Lines Broker on complex Fortune 1000 Companies for Marsh, AON, and Willis. His knowledge of risk and risk management is a valuable resource to the Clients of SERVPRO. Bill is a graduate of Universidade de Santiago de Compostela, Espana, and Quincy University with majors in Roman History and Linguistics.

Justin Jackson has been with SERVPRO for a number of years and is a carpet cleaning specialist (CCT.) He is also certified as an Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT) which means he remediates these fungi and sanitizes the structure "Like it never even happened." This very reliable technician has a daughter and a dog also spoiled as a child. Justin enjoys watching movies and partaking in great tasting food.

Shelbie Collett is an Administrative Assistant at SERVPRO of Kankakee County since 2013, the place where she was born and raised. She does a great job of scheduling the work assignments for maximum efficiency by accounting and tracking the many facets of each unique project. She does great phone work with customers and is always ready to give a helping hand to fellow team members. Shelbie also enjoys boating on the river with the people she cares about the most. She is a huge car enthusiast and has had several poems published with more on the way.

Rob Friend is the Project Coordinator for our construction team. He has over 20 years of experience in flooring sales and installation. Rob has been working for SERVPRO since 2009.

Ryan Zhe is a valuable member of the SERVPRO of Kankakee County team. Ryan says the best thing about working at SERVPRO is that no two jobs are the same. When he comes to work every day, he never knows what he will be doing, or who he will be helping. When Ryan isn't at work, he enjoys playing video games.

Adam is from Bourbonnais and a Production Manager for our mitigation team. Adam loves to see a job completed and a homeowner happy with the results. When he is not working, Adam enjoys spending time with his sons and playing softball.

Originally from Crete, IL Angela now lives in Lowell Indiana and one of our Sales and Marketing Representatives and also has HIPPA Compliance Certification. “I love telling people all the amazing things we do here at SERVPRO” she says. When she is not working, Angela enjoys spending time with her kids.

Dawn is a Crew Lead on our production fire/cleaning team. Originally born in Kankakee, Dawn currently lives in Bradley. She has 5 children, 1 grandson, and 2 dogs and enjoys reading, painting and working in the garden. When asked what she likes about working here she said, "I like meeting new people and helping them in their time of need."

Lou is a Production Manager for our production mitigation team and has 12 years of industry experience with extensive IICRC training. Married for 27 years, Lou lives in Cedar Lake, Indiana and enjoys spending time with his 3 grandchildren, and playing golf.

Born and Raised in the Kankakee area, Jordan is a crew member on our production mitigation team and a certified water technician. Jordan served 8 years in the US Army and is an avid hunter and outdoors man. Jordan says, "My favorite things to do at SERVPRO are demolition, spray seals, and watching the restoration process change lives."

Luther is a certified carpenter, and crew member of our production mitigation team with over 6 years of experience in the industry. When asked what he likes about SERVPRO he said, “I really enjoy meeting new people and helping them get their lives back together, it is a great feeling!”

From Peotone, Mary is a crew member of our production fire/cleaning team. She has been an active member in the Girl Scouts since she was 5-years-old. In her free time, she loves to spend time taking her dogs to the park. Mary has a true passion for all animals and loves taking special care to protect customers pets during the cleaning process.

Kelli is a crew member of our production fire/cleaning team and loves restoring belongings to pre fire condition. She says that she loves “to see people’s faces when they see their restored items.” When she is not working, she loves spending quality time with her kids making memories.

Matt is originally from New Jersey and now lives in Bourbonnais and is a crew member on our warehouse/production team. Matt enjoys spending time with his two children when he is not working.

Born and raised in Kankakee, Zack is a crew member on our production mitigation team. Zack’s favorite thing about SERVPRO is helping people get their homes back to preloss condition. When he is not here Zack enjoys playing sports and video games.

Born and raised in Kankakee County Libby is a member of our office team. Libby is a proud mom to a toddler and a movie buff. She is hard working and has personal goals to expand her knowledge when it comes to communicating with insurance adjusters.

Simon is a crew member on our production mitigation team is originally from Chicago, currently lives in Dolton. Simon enjoys demolition and is amazed by seeing the job before and after. For fun Simon spends time at the shooting range doing target practice.

Char is from Kankakee and a crew member on our production fire/cleaning team. Char says that she loves helping people get their lives back. She also adds that the best part of working for SERVPRO is “the amazing team of men and women (even bosses) that I work with.” Char has a busy home life with 4 children, 4 grandchildren, and a 97-year-old grandmother that she loves to spend time with. She also loves concerts, photography, traveling, and anything outside

Caleb is from Kankakee and is a crew leader on our production mitigation team. Caleb’s favorite thing about SERVPRO is “all the new places and people I get to see.” When he is not working, he enjoys fishing and basketball

Misty is from Bradley and a crew member on our production fire/cleaning team. She loves to pack out belongings after a fire loss and then restore them. She is a mother to 3 children and if that doesn’t keep her busy enough, she is also a soccer coach!

Reiley is from Bourbonnais and is a crew member on our production mitigation team. Riley like the ever-changing environment of working for SERVPRO. When he is not working Riley spends time with friends and watching movies.

Pam is a crew member on our production fire/cleaning team. Pam lives in Kankakee and loves her job for many reasons including “the wonderful feeling I get helping people get back into their home after they had a fire loss. It is very rewarding!”

Alec is a Crew Member on our construction team. He enjoys his job her at SERVPRO because he enjoys learning things from some of our more senior crew members. Alec also enjoys playing music and video games in his free time.

Ray is a Crew Member for our construction team. Helping to put homes back together after a fire or water loss is very important to Ray. When he is not working Ray enjoys fishing and spending time with his children.

Mark is a Crew Member for our construction team and enjoys the constant change from job to job. Ray enjoys spending time with his family and cooking.

Kelsey is administrative assistant who has been with us for over 2 years now. Kelsey loves her 2 fur babies and just got engaged. She is just one of the friendly voices who answer phones when our customers need us.

Brett is a Crew Member for our construction team and enjoys building and new projects. Brett enjoys fishing, playing video games and spending time with his family.

Working for SERVPRO for 10 years, Sherri is crew member on our production fire/cleaning team and had mold, fire and water certification. Born and raised in Bradley, Sherri enjoys spending time with her daughter and 2 grandsons.

Trey is a crew member on our production mitigation team and loves seeing different homes and jobs. Trey lives with his cat and dog in Kankakee and loves to play sports and trying new foods.

From Chicago, Brian has been with us for 4 years and currently is a crew leader for our production mitigation team. Brian loves that that every day and every job is different at SERVPRO. When he is not working, Brian loves to spend time with his daughter and cooking.

Aundrea is from Kankakee, and a crew leader on our production fire/cleaning team. Audrea says that she “enjoys helping people get their homes back in order”. Aundrea has 3 children and loves to spend time with them when she is not at work

Greg is a Crew Lead for our production mitigation team originally from Tinley Park, IL. When he is not measuring jobs and making customers happy he is enjoying life with his 2 sons at his lake house.

Matt is a Marketing Representative who handles business development. He loves meeting new people and building relationships. When he is not working, Matt enjoys spending time with his 2 twin daughters and wife vacationing at the beach.
