Brad is the Owner of SERVPRO of Gurnee. He graduated from the University of Illinois and has always loved construction. He worked for a premier private home builder before his entrepreneurial spirit prompted him to purchase his first SERVPRO franchise. His credentials with the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certifications (IICRC) are in Water Restoration Technician, Applied Structural Drying, Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician, Applied Microbial Remediation Technician, and Odor Control Technician. He further holds Lead Renovator, Trauma Cleaning, and Subrogation certificates as well as SERVPRO Employee Certification Training Programs in Crew, Water, Fire, and Carpet & Upholstery.

Ruth is the Operations Manager at SERVPRO of Gurnee. She came to SERVPRO with many years of prior experience in leadership, making her a natural fit to lead our operations team. She is passionate about giving great customer service and loves to solve problems.

Cody is Mitigation Manager at SERVPRO of Gurnee. His time is spent managing our mitigation team and their day to day activities and projects. He has been involved in construction trades from a young age, and he puts that experience to use daily to be sure projects are finished correctly and on time. Since coming on board with SERVPRO in 2013, Cody held roles ranging from water technician, to crew chief, to estimator, to production manager, reconstruction project manager before taking on his current role as our Mitigation Manager. He is certified by the IICRC as a Water Restoration Technician and Fire & Smoke Restoration Technician.

Tanner is the Contents Manager at SERVPRO of Gurnee. He manages content pack-outs of homes and businesses that have been affected by major damage. He oversees digital cataloguing, content cleaning, and proper storage in our secure facility. Tanner has been involved in the restoration industry for the majority of his career and is an expert user of the Esporta Wash System for textiles, Ultrasonic Cleaning System for hard contents, and Ozone technology for deodorization. He is certified by the IICRC as a Water Restoration Technician.

Arturo is the Mitigation Production Manager at SERVPRO of Gurnee. He came to SERVPRO in early 2019 and brings many years of restoration and construction experience with him. He is often the first responder to emergency jobs and will instruct our mitigation crews on next steps while also communicating with property owners as well as insurance personnel. Arturo is IICRC certified as a Water Restoration Technician.

Dan is a Reconstruction Project Manager at SERVPRO of Gurnee. On any given day, you’ll find Dan inspecting new jobs and creating mid to large range estimates for our commercial and residential clients. He specializes in large and complex insurance claims, but he is always willing to lend a hand with projects of any size. Dan spent over a decade in the insurance and construction industries, with valuable time spent as an insurance adjuster. This gives him vast insight when working with insurance companies for whom we are a preferred vendor. Dan is a proficient user of Matterport camera technology.

John is a Mitigation Crew Chief at SERVPRO of Gurnee. He joined the team in 2020, bringing with him many prior years of industry experience. John is proficient in mitigating water, fire, mold, and biohazard damage, and he specializes in emergency board up services for residential and commercial properties that have sustained damage from vandalism, falling objects, or vehicle impact. In his free time, John enjoys spending time with his family and friends.
