He and his team were very patient with us, as this was a devastating loss for our family, and walked us through each step of process -- always willing to spend time to explain how they would handle things. They provided us regular updates, showing us pictures, since we lived an hour away from the lakehouse, and kept us well-informed through every step of the process.
They worked quickly and effectively and the clean-up that they did was incredible. We were so grateful that they were willing to work an hour+ away from Glenview -- it was well worth it!

They showed up exactly when they said they would; if there was a change in schedule, we received a call from the crew to let us know. They were careful not to make a mess when hauling out debris. I hope we don't need their service again any time soon, but it's nice to know that we can count on SERVPRO of Glenview if we need them.
