We had a couple pipes burst in our family's lakehouse basement in Delavan, WI (it was like a fire hose spraying into the basement, likely for weeks before we discovered it!). Needless to say, the water and mold damage was immense.
We called Jeff, and his team was up there the next day to assess the damage and gave us a comprehensive clean-up plan. He and his team were very patient with us, as this was a devastating loss for our family, and walked us through each step of process -- always willing to spend time to explain how they would handle things. They provided us regular updates, showing us pictures, since we lived an hour away from the lakehouse, and kept us well-informed through every step of the process.
They worked quickly and effectively and the clean-up that they did was incredible. We were so grateful that they were willing to work an hour+ away from Glenview -- it was well worth it!

We were thoroughly impressed by SERVPRO of Glenview. They responded quickly and the work crew was excellent. They showed up exactly when they said they would; if there was a change in schedule, we received a call from the crew to let us know. They were careful not to make a mess when hauling out debris. I hope we don't need their service again any time soon, but it's nice to know that we can count on SERVPRO of Glenview if we need them.
Responded to an emergency, resolved the problem quickly with professionalism and courtesy. Would use again and recommend.
