David Mason is our Vice President of Operations for SERVPRO of Downtown Chicago/Team Zubricki. His work history with SERVPRO dates back to 2006 when he coordinated 90 franchises as a BDP Business Development Program Specialist for SERVPRO Corporate. His efforts have resulted in a substantial number of accolades, including the 2024 SERVPRO National Franchise of the Year award, numerous Extra Mile Awards and the 2014 Outstanding Service Award. Dave leads our Commercial Large Loss unit and the Team Zubricki Disaster. Recovery Storm Team. David has built and sustained many contacts throughout the restoration industry spanning the entire country. His knowledge, personality, and drive make him a valuable member of our SERVPRO family.

Stephanie is the hub of the operation here at SERVPRO of Downtown Chicago / Team Zubricki. Her knack for organization and efficiency keeps everything running smoothly. Stephanie has been with us for 5+ years, and previously held administrative leadership positions with the University of Hawaii and the University of Iowa. She also holds a Masters Degree in Public Administration from the University Hawaii. We are pleased and fortunate to have Stephanie on Staff.

As General Manager, Nick leads and mentors our team with his leadership skills and extensive experience. Nick has been with Team Zubricki for 10+ years and has an in-depth understanding of the restoration industry, including the technical aspects of restoration work, insurance processes and regulatory requirements.

As Production Manager, Esiquiel is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of the restoration process to ensure efficient and high-quality service. He leads by example, with excellent leadership, problem-solving, communication and technical expertise with strong adherence to safety and quality assurance.

Elvira is the Administrative Assistant at SERVPRO of Downtown Chicago / Team Zubricki. Elvira joined SERVPRO in 2013 and continuously delivers exemplary customer service. For 11 plus years in our office, Elvira successfully manages demands of the daily operations, organizes job scheduling, prepares payroll, helps where needed, while also assisting to ensure that all job files are properly audited and contain all required documentation. She keeps our office running smoothly so the team can quickly respond to your residential and commercial fire, water, mold and biohazard cleanup and repair needs. English or Spanish speaking, Elvira is ready for your call!
