SERVPRO of Blackfoot/Pocatello has been serving Shelley, Blackfoot, Aberdeen, Chubbuck, Pocatello, McCammon, Lava Hot Springs, Soda Springs and surround areas of Idaho since June of 2017. We understand the work and stress that goes along with losses caused by fire/smoke, water, and mold. Serving our communities 24/7 we will come out at anytime to begin the process to create happy customers and to make it “Like it never even happened.”
All our staff are put into ongoing SERVPRO corporate training and certified to follow IICRC Guidelines and OSHA regulations. Our team members work in making sure all customers are happy and understand the process that the client is having to take. They know how to handle adjusters and insurance companies to do their best making all transactions smooth.
