From day one they were in my house and making phone calls to insurance to get my water damage taken care of.  They made numerous trips, phone calls, and went above and beyond what their job calls for to ensure that I was taken care of.  When the clean up started on my house, they did an amazing job making sure that it was done accurately and appropriately.  I was expecting a rip and tear job but instead, everything was handled delicately.  They kept not only me, but my insurance adjuster and contractor informed with their progress.  I could go on and on about how amazing these guys are.  I would 1000% recommend Kelly and Jordan from SERVPRO!

We had mold in our building. We reached out to SERVPRO and were very pleased with the service we got. We will use you again.  It has been a few damp months and we have not had any regrowth.  We had lots of problems before.

We had SERVPRO of Iowa City clean the house after we found elevated levels of mold spores in our house.  It was making my husband very sick.  They threw away anything they thought to be at risk of having spores. They fogged the whole house to kill the spores.  We now have good air quality in our house and my husband is fine.

SERVPRO did an excellent job on my water and mold job. I had to have them out for two different jobs.  They were professional people both times cordial and polite.  Exceptional people. Documentation was emailed promptly. Work done quickly and to satisfaction.  Will recommend to others.
