As COO, she oversees the daily operations, ensuring that every aspect of the business runs smoothly while aligning with the company's overarching goals.

Travis
Travis is the General Manager for SERVPRO of Grinnell & Pella.
He creates business plans and goals to ensure company success and client satisfaction. He also monitors various company divisions such as the production, office, and marketing staff to meet objectives and track revenue.
Nick
Nick is the Business Development Manager for SERVPRO of Grinnell & Pella.
As Business Development Manager, he will be responsible for leading our business development efforts, identifying new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving initiatives to expand our market presence.

Ronda is a Controller at SERVPRO of Grinnell & Pella.
As Controller, Ronda is responsible for all accounting-related activities of the company. Ronda has been part of the SERVPRO restoration industry for over 12 years.
She also holds a certificate from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration (IICRC) in Water Damage Restoration Technician.
Matt
Matt is a Project Manager for SERVPRO of Grinnell & Pella.
