Joanne Anderson
Joanne Anderson is the office assistant/estimator at SERVPRO of Fort Dodge since November 2015. Joanne is a valuable member of our office staff and is eager to help with anything that is asked of her. She has 35+ years of experience in office work.

Jeff Johnson is a crew chief at SERVPRO of Fort Dodge. Jeff has been with SERVPRO since April 2014. Jeff is a very motivated individual who's experience over the years make him a valuable member of our staff. Jeff proudly served his country in the Army for 8 years.

William Brungardt
William Brungardt is a sales marketing representative for SERVPRO of Fort Dodge. William has been with us since November 2014. William has 40+ years of working with the public. His many years of experience and contacts that he has made are very important to SERVPRO of Fort Dodge.
Brent Kakacek
Brent Kakacek is a crew chief for SERVPRO of Fort Dodge. Brent has been with us since July 2010. He has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration(IICRC): Fire and smoke restoration technician, Odor control technician, and Carpet cleaning technician. Brent has 20+ years in the cleaning business.
Lori McMahon
Lori McMahon is the Office Manager at SERVPRO of Fort Dodge since 2014. Lori completes all the bookkeeping, accounting, and payroll duties. She is a graduate of Wayne State College with a Bachelor of Science degree in finance and management with a minor in accounting.

Their service is second to none. They were absolutely fantastic! Came on a Saturday morning to Belmond, stayed until the problem was resolved. They even went as far contacting our local plumbers and working closely with them on the problem. Haden, Logan and Sando were top notch. Would recommend them to anyone.
