Dave Ford
Dave is a Production Manager for SERVPRO of the Quad Cities and has been a part of our team since 2017. He has several years of experience and the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Damage Restoration, Applied Microbial Remediation, Fire & Smoke Restoration, and Trauma & Crime Scene. He specializes in duct cleaning, fire & water. Dave is a Cubs fan and enjoys spending time with his kids and grandkids in his free time.
Ken Rohwedder
Ken is the Marketing Manager for SERVPRO of the Quad Cities and has been part of our team since 2019. He has several years of experience and the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Trauma and Crime Scene, and Water Damage Restoration. He specializes in marketing sales, customer relations, and community involvement. In his free time, Ken enjoys playing golf, bowling, and spending time with his family.
Dave Wilson

He has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Damage Restoration. He specializes in fire, water, and mold restoration. He's a comedian and says he likes walks along the Mississippi, star gazing. He also enjoys spending time with his family and friends.
Lynn Ogden
Lynn is our Office Manager at SERVPRO of the Quad Cities. and has been with us since November 2020. She has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Damage Restoration and she specializes in water damage mitigation, sewage damage mitigation, and estimating and billing. She has a love for books and loves to read. One of her favorite things to do in her spare time is spending time with her daughter. She also likes to go fishing and horseback riding.
Chuck Henson
Chuck is our Fleet Manager and Human Resource personnel at SERVPRO of the Quad Cities and has been a part of our team since June 2021. He holds a few certificates in Society for Human Resources, and Microsoft Server Design and Security. He specializes in Human Resources, IT, and Safety. He is a music enthusiast. Loves spending time with his family, and church. He enjoys motorcycles and social media for a positive community impact.
Brandon Whitaker
Brandon is a Quality Assurance Manager/ Job File Coordinator at SERVPRO of the Quad Cities and has been part of our team since January 2021. He has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Carpet Cleaning and Water Damage Restoration, Fire and Smoke Damage and specializes in water damage. In his free time, he likes to play video games.
Matt Rohwedder
Matt is a Crew Chief at SERVPRO of the Quad Cities and has been part of our team since September 2021. He specializes in reconstruction and rehab. In his free time, he enjoys working on cars and riding his bike.

We had a septic back up and sump pump all go out at once, of course, on a late Friday afternoon. We called SERVPRO on Saturday morning with low hopes of being able to get anyone out due to weekend hours and scheduling, and not only could they get someone out that day, they came within about an hour and a half. The gentleman, David W., was the tech on service and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I feel he went above and beyond explaining things thoroughly, was very friendly, and had our best interest at heart. When he left, three other servicemen came out and they were equally friendly and knowledgeable. I feel like the water in the basement is just one thing I don't have to worry about, they have it covered. Peace of mind is definitely worth it. We are repeat customers and will continue using their services.

SERVPRO saved the day again! I spilled a lot of blue paint today on tan carpet and they were here within 2 hours. Great service, awesome employees and somehow they saved my carpet with their magic. Their customer service reps were extremely friendly and the employees that showed up were fantastic. Highly recommend!

We suffered catastrophic water damage to our floors in the kitchen, dining- and living rooms. The entire floor had to be removed down to the joists and treated for mold. I was very pleased with how attentive, timely and understanding the SERVPRO staff was with excellent attention to detail. The subcontractors they brought in were exceptional. They made a horrible situation much less overwhelming.
I'm very pleased with the service and courteous manner that Don and David performed the work. They did an excellent, complete job. Thank you!
