What Is the Mold Remediation Process?
Air Filtration
Our specialized filtration equipment allows our professionals to capture microscopic mold spores out of the air. We utilize powerful “air scrubbers” and HEPA vacuums to prevent the spread of these mold spores while the mold remediation is in process.
Removing Mold and Mold-Infested Materials
We use antifungal and antimicrobial treatments to treat mold colonies. When necessary to remediate heavy mold growth, our mold removal process includes the removal and disposal of mold-infested porous materials such as carpeting, drywall, and insulation.
Cleaning
Our professionals clean the structural elements that were infected by mold such as flooring, framing, fixtures, HVAC and mechanical systems. They helped us move a couple of larger furniture items and gave us advice on what to do for repairs. Kacey in the office was tremendous with communication and getting us worked in to the schedule as quickly as possible for the follow up items. They have done everything they said they would, showed up when they said they would and have been friendly and knowledgeable. We had an issue with a chipped piece of counter top that happened while moving furniture and they are taking responsibility and resolving that issue as well no questions asked. Great experience overall.
You all have been phenomenal to work with. Thank you for absolutely every part of the process. I went from wanting to crawl into a ball and cry the night we came home to being completely confident everything was taken care of by the next day at noon.
