William Brymer
Billy Brymer is the Operations Manager at SERVPRO. He understands all aspects of the position, having started as a technician and working his way up to Management. His IICRC certifications are WRT, ASD, and Commercial Drying. Billy's moto is "always here to help"!
Heather Spear Brymer
Heather Brymer is our fire clean up Crew Chief here at SERVPRO of Central Honolulu. She has 7 years of professional cleaning experience. She is very reliable and a friendly and competent individual with experience of cleaning residential and commercial properties. Heather has a knack for paying very close attention to detail. She is also very thorough with her clean ups. She doesn't let any flaw pass her by. She is truly the best at what she does!

Brett Cadiente is our Field Marketing Manager, responsible for maintaining all our major accounts, developing promotional materials, scheduling special events, and training. His background is plumbing, operations management, and direct sales.
Dana Palumbo
Dana Palumbo earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. With over 15 years of management experience spanning the retail and restoration industries, Dana has a strong background in overseeing operations and leading teams. She began her career at a local insurance company, working in the auto claims sector, and advanced to become a senior field property adjuster. In 2020, Dana transitioned to SERVPRO of Kailua, where she currently serves as General Manager.
Michael Shanaberger
With over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Michael Shanaberger brings a wealth of knowledge in new home sales, marketing, and construction management. In his current role as Reconstruction Manager, Michael manages four Project Managers, who collectively oversee over fifty projects each month.

Our home caught fire while we were out at my sons football practice. I cannot explain the feelings of shock seeing our home in ruins. It was such a head ache to even look at our home. But SERVPRO came in and they were so kind. They helped us see that it was all going to get better. They completely restored our home, I was thinking we were going to be homeless honestly. But thank you to insurance and the services of SERVPRO we get it all back. SERVPRO definitely lives up to it's slogan "Like it never even happened."
SERVPRO came to our store over the holiday and worked for the next week so that we would be able to have our store open for the holiday sales. We were so impressed with SERVPRO we have made them our permanently preferred restoration company of the island. They have even flown over to other islands to perform work for us. SERVPRO is the best!

The owners Glenna and Andy Maras are just the people you need to be helping you when you've had some kind of disaster in your home. I recently had a small flood after the recent storms, and I wanted to make sure that the walls were completely dry before fixing the damage. As a health practitioner, I know the serious damage to your health that mold can do. So, I asked SERVPRO to come in and check, he immediately saw that the walls were not completely dry, using his fabulous thermal machine, and so they brought fans sealed off the area and dried the wall.
