Pete has owned SERVPRO of Thomas, Colquitt & Grady Counties since 2010. Originally from Moultrie, him and is wife fell in love with Thomasville and decided to open up SERVPRO to serve our area. He is a graduate from Valdosta State with a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Geography. Pete has enjoyed working with the community and surrounding areas and helping people in their time of need.

Lindsay has owned SERVPRO of Thomas, Colquitt & Grady Counties since 2010. Raised on the eastern shore of Maryland, and moved to south Georgia. She visited Thomasville and knew it would be a perfect place to raise a family and open up SERVPRO. She is very involved in her community and encourages her employees to get involved as well. She loves her job and enjoys helping people in the community and surrounding areas to get them back on their feet.

Mary Catherine has been SERVPRO of Thomas, Colquitt and Grady Counties since May of 2018. She started out helping in the office and marketing support. She is now the Office/Marketing Manager. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family. Saturdays in the fall, you can find her at Doak Campbell Stadium cheering on the Noles!

Burt Linnenkohl is the Operations Restorations Manager at SERVPRO of Thomas, Colquitt & Grady Counties. He has several years of experience and has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration (IICRC): WRT, ASD, and AMRT. His efficiency on jobs and willingness to go above and beyond for any customer have made him an integral leader within this company.

Hazel joined our team at SERVPRO in January 2021 and has been an invaluable member of our production team ever since. As a Cleaning Technician, she plays a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and efficiency that our clients expect. Her dedication and attention to detail ensure that our operations run smoothly and that our service quality remains top-notch. Hazel's contributions have significantly enhanced our team's performance and client satisfaction.

Blake joined our team at SERVPRO during the pandemic in 2020. Starting as a Production Technician, his exceptional skills and dedication quickly earned him a promotion to Crew Chief. Blake has achieved his Water Removal Technician certification from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) and is eagerly anticipating obtaining his certification in Applied Structural Drying later this year. His commitment to professional growth and excellence makes him an invaluable asset to our team and a trusted leader in the field.

Kelsey is our dedicated Job File Manager at SERVPRO of Thomas, Colquitt, and Grady Counties. In this crucial role, she ensures that all our estimates are promptly and accurately sent to the adjusters. Kelsey's meticulous attention to detail and commitment to excellence guarantee that each estimate passes SERVPRO's stringent quality assurance review. Her efficiency and dedication are integral to maintaining the high standards of service our clients have come to expect from SERVPRO.

Heather serves as our Project Supervisor at SERVPRO. She expertly manages all reconstruction jobs from start to finish, ensuring that every project is completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Heather's responsibilities include scheduling all subcontractors and overseeing the entire reconstruction process to guarantee smooth operations. Her organizational skills and dedication are vital to our team's success and the satisfaction of our clients.

Heather has worked at SERVPRO for almost a year, and her current position is Business Development Representative for Tifton. She is very thankful the company shares her value of community service and allows her to be so involved with many nonprofit organizations. Heather serves on the Board of Directors for the Tifton-Tift County Chamber, United Way of South GA, Valdosta High Touchdown, and Adult Literacy. She is also involved in Rotary of Tifton. Heather is married to Aaron Pye, and they have a daughter Olivia Kate (6). Heather's favorite thing to do is travel with her family. She spends her Fridays in the fall cheering on the Wildcats.

Restoration Supervisor Leah has worked here at SERVPRO for almost 2 years and is the Restoration Supervisor. Her favorite part of being at SERVPRO is the difference of every job making every day a fun unexpected experience. Leah has two kids, Lilly (12) and Waylon (8). Leah is passionate about farming and has a love for chickens. In her free time, Leah enjoys spending time with her kids running her small farm!

Charlene is our new Admin and Reconstruction Coordinator here at SERVPRO! Charlene's favorite part of her job is being a part of such a great team. Her positive energy and dedication make her an invaluable addition to our SERVPRO family. Charlene is a proud mom to three kids: Gage (27), Kenneth (22), and Madison (18). When she's not at work, she loves spending quality time with her children and grandkids, creating cherished memories together.

Derek has been here with us at SERVPRO for a year and a half. He loves riding 4-wheelers and has a passion for woodworking and carpentry, always crafting something new and impressive. Derrick has two kids, an 11-year-old boy and a 10-year-old girl, who are his pride and joy. His favorite way to spend his days off is by spending quality time with his kids and working around the house, combining his love for family and his hobbies.

Jamad has been with SERVPRO for a year as a Restoration Technician. He has two beloved daughters, a three-year-old and a six-month-old. On his days off, Jamad enjoys playing video games and going out to eat, especially for Chinese food, his favorite. Jamad is also passionate about sports, particularly basketball and football, and enjoys playing whenever he gets the chance. Above all, he cherishes spending quality time with his kids, creating lasting memories with them!

Josh is our restoration manager and has been with SERVPRO for four years. He has two daughters, ages 8 and 5, whom he loves spending time with, creating wonderful memories together. On his days off, Josh often helps his parents out around the house, always ready to lend a hand. He enjoys all things fishing, hunting, and woodworking. Josh is also a huge college football fan, especially when it comes to cheering on the Dawgs!

Tyasia is new to the SERVPRO team and is from Thomasville. Enthusiastic about trying new things, Tyasia has recently taken up the hobby of reading and loves experimenting with new hobbies, always on the lookout for her next interest. On her days off, Tyasia enjoys relaxing and binge-watching her favorite shows. Her adventurous spirit and willingness to explore new activities makes Tyasia a vibrant addition to the SERVPRO family.

A new face to the team, Steve serves as our new Business Development Representative. He brings a wealth of sales experience from a variety of large national and multi-national organizations. In addition to SERVPRO, Steve runs his own local business and is married to Ali McKay, they have two daughters - Ashley (20) and Sydney (23). Steve and Ali enjoy travelling whenever they have the chance and are die hard Georgia Football fans!

Brittany has worked at SERVPRO for almost a year and is the Job File Coordinator. Brittany's favorite part of being at SERVPRO is the people and her ability to help others! She was born and raised in Thomasville and enjoys spending time with friends and family. Brittany loves to travel to the beach and go shopping in her free time!

Ashley is the Human Resources Administrator here at SERVPRO. She worked in the healthcare industry, including office management for 16 years before joining the SERVPRO team. Ashley's favorite part of her job is interacting with employees to meet any need they have and working with people who feel like family. In her free time, Ashley enjoys baking and spending time with her family!

Maria is a Restoration Technician who has been a vital part of SERVPRO for 4 years! Maria's passion for cleaning and tackling new jobs is what she loves most about her role here. Maria is happily married to Jose, and together they have a wonderful family of five children-four boys and one girl. On her days off, Maria enjoys relaxing and cleaning around the house, finding it to be a great stress reliever. She also loves going out to eat and spending quality time with her kids.
