Jesse from SERVPRO of Stone Mountain/Clarkston was like an angel from heaven. My son had just had major surgery when my septic tank backed up into my kitchen. Jesse came out and put my mind at ease and explained thoroughly what he and his team would do. His team (Melody, Alex and crew) were friendly; professional and helpful. They were like Angels from heaven during this traumatic time. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs this kind of service. Jesse continually checked on the progress of the repair and kept me abreast of the entire process. I would like to thank them for their great work ethic.
