Bruce Bowen (Co - Owner) - President
Bruce took over the reins of the family business in 2004 as President. Since 1977, the Bowen family has been expanding their franchise number along with the capabilities to service many local municipalities. There are 13 National Disaster Recovery Teams, and one of them is centered here where Bruce occupies a vital role in oversight and management. This Extreme Team is equipped to cover any natural disaster or single catastrophic event in the U.S. at a moment's notice. These large commercial restorations have resulted in the franchises reaching top volume production year after year. Bruce has worked his way up and has earned many IICRC Certifications along the way. Some are WRT (Water Remediation Technician), FSRT (Fire & Smoke Remediation Technician), ASD (Applied Structural Drying), CDS (Commercial Drying Specialist), and AMRT (Applied Microbial Remediation Technician.) Bruce has been a crucial contributor in our franchise achieving high gross production numbers.
Brian Bowen (Co-Owner), Vice-President
Brian has been associated for many years in the Bowen family owned SERVPRO franchises, including SERVPRO of North Lilburn. His primary focus is on the operational aspects of the business. Brian brings a wealth of operational skills that drive to industry leading procedures, processes, and methodologies for all offered restoration services. His broad experience and training have led to an extensive number of certifications. His IICRC Certifications include ASD (Applied Structural Drying), AMRT (Applied Microbial Remediation Technician), CCT (Carpet Cleaning Technician), JFSRT (Journeyman Fire & Smoke Remediation Technician), JTC (Journeyman Textile Cleaner), and Health & Safety. He experiences also include Certified Lead Renovator and NADCA Certified. Brian's skill set enables him to arm his teams with the knowledge, training, and equipment to offer excellent restoration services to a neighbor or a distant commercial warehouse.
Ben Richardson
Ben is a Project Coordinator at SERVPRO of North Lilburn. He has been with SERVPRO for about 3 years. In that time, he has earned multiple IICRC certifications including WRT (Water Remediation Technician), ASD (Applied Structural Drying), and FSRT (Fire & Smoke Restoration. Ben graduated from Auburn University at Montgomery with a Bachelors in Marketing and Graphic Design. His hobbies include illustration, sky diving, surfing, and longboarding. His favorite thing about SERVPRO is the ability to do work that matters in an environment that fosters family values.
