David, our Production Manager has been with SERVPRO for over 19 years. In 2002 David joined the company as a Production Crew Chief, then held the position of Sales Manager for several years before his current position. David is responsible for all insurance claim mediation between our customers and their insurance provider and specializes in mold remediation. David enjoys being able to advise our customers during difficult situations by being an information resource for their restoration and insurance concerns. David is certified for work involving lead abatement by the Georgia Environmental Protection Division with the Lead-Based Paint Certification. David is also certified by CADSC Inc. as a Crime & Trauma Scene bio-recovery Technician. Certifications held by David with The Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification include: Water Damage Restoration, Applied Structural Drying, Applied Microbial Remediation, and Fire and Smoke Restoration.

Melissa is our Office Manager. She joined SERVPRO in October of 2016. Melissa has taken advantage of the in-house training, Water Restoration Training, and obtained training in Xactimate. She holds an IICRC WRT certification and a Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Business Administration.

While not at the office, she enjoys Georgia football and camping with her family.

Raegen is our Receptionist-Dispatcher for SERVPRO of Jackson and Madison Counties. Raegan has been with the company since February 2021. She performs all office administrative tasks related to customer calls, job management and tracking, scheduling of jobs, and customer satisfaction activities. Performs general office duties, such as drafting correspondence, filing, and creating reports.

In her free time, Raegan loves to spend time with her family and enjoys cooking.

Lee is one of our Crew Chiefs and has been with SERVPRO of Jackson and Madison Counties since 2017. As a Crew Chief, he coordinates, controls, and performs work activities on remediation projects to successfully fulfill service needs and keep our customers happy. Lee specializes in Duct Cleaning and Mold Remediation.
When out of work, Lee enjoys his time with his family and woodworking.

Angela is one of our Crew Chiefs. Angela has been with SERVPRO of Jackson and Madison Counties since 2018. As a Crew Chief, she coordinates, controls, and performs work activities on remediation projects to successfully fulfill service needs. Angela's favorite part of work is engaging with customers and keeping them happy.

At home, Angela loves to spend time with family and go hiking.

David is one of our Crew Chiefs. David joined us in December 2021. David helps with Water, Fire, and Mold Remediation work. His favorite type of work at SERVPRO is Demolition.
In his spare time, David likes to exercise.

Linda is our part-time bookkeeper with over 15 years in accounting. She has worked for the Georgia chapter of 4-H for 27 years. Here at SERVPRO she enjoys having co-workers who work as a team and do an excellent job in what they are trained to do. In her spare time, she enjoys gardening, scrapbooking, and spending time with family and friends.

Stanton is one of our Loss Coordinators. Stanton has been with us at SERVPRO of Jackson and Madison Counties since 2015. He holds many IICRC certificates that includes WRT, ASD, and CCT. As a Loss Coordinator, he provides estimates to customers for water damage restoration. His favorite thing to do within the company provides exceptional customer service.

During his free time, he loves to spend time with his family and his dogs at home.

Brandi is one of our Loss Coordinators. Brandi has been with SERVPRO of Jackson and Madison Counties since April 2021. As a Loss Coordinator, she provides estimates for Fire and Mold Remediation to our customers. She has a background in business management and customer service.

When not at work, Brandi enjoys spending time with her husband and raising their daughter together.

Kristin is one of our Production Technicians. Kristin has been with SERVPRO since July 2021. As a Production Technician, she takes orders from her Crew Chief and performs the work. Kristin’s favorite type of work is Demolition.
When at home, Kristin spends her time playing video games and watching anime.

Cali is one of our Production Technicians. Cali joined SERVPRO of Jackson and Madison Counties in November 2021. As a Production Technician, she takes orders from her Crew Chief and performs the work.
When out of work, Cali loves to spend time with her daughter and sing karaoke.
