Carl Perazzola
A fearless leader and avid entrepreneur, Carl Perazzola, the owner of SERVPRO of Houston County, Dublin/Vidalia/Claxton since 2011, has dedicated himself to his the community in which he grew up! Carl is a proud graduate of Mount De Sales Academy, where he led the Cavalier's football team to a State Championship! After graduation, he pursued higher education at Georgia Institute of Technology, and successfully earned his MBA from The Citadel. As a born leader, a successful salesman, in combination with his knowledge of the restoration industry, it seems only natural that Carl, only a short 4 years into his ownership, was awarded SERVPRO's Franchise of the Year Award for 2015!
Carl and his wife, Lorraine, have 4 beautiful kids and are faithful members of Sacred Heart Catholic Church. In his spare time, Carl enjoys traveling, playing fantasy sports, working out, and spending time with his family.
Mike Caldwell
Mike Caldwell is the Operations Manager at SERVPRO of Houston County, Dublin/Vidalia/Claxton. He is graduate of Northside High School and studied finance at Georgia Southern University. Mike joined our team in 2014. Prior to entering the mitigation industry, he worked as a catastrophe adjuster for 3 years. He has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT), Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT), Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician (FSRT), and Odor Control Technician (OCT). He also has successfully completed training for Lead and Asbestos.
In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with family and working out.
Branden Foskey
Branden Foskey is the Production Manager at SERVPRO of Houston County, Dublin/Vidalia/Claxton. Branden joined our SERVPRO family in 2013. He has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT), Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician (FSRT), and Odor Control Technician (OCT). Branden and wife are the proud parents of 2 beautiful little girls. In his spare time, he enjoys fishing and watching Georgia football.
Jared Wooten
Jared Wooten is a Production Manager at SERVPRO of Houston County, Dublin/Vidalia/Claxton. Jared was born and raised in McRae. He joined our SERVPRO family in 2014. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his nieces and nephew and working on personal project vehicles.

Flora "Flo" Harden is a Production Technician at SERVPRO of Houston County, Dublin/Vidalia/Claxton.
Dean Drewery
Dean Drewery is the Construction Manager at SERVPRO of Houston County, Dublin/Vidalia/Claxton. Dean runs our construction division, Samson Group. He is a graduate of Houston County High School. Prior to joining our SERVPRO family, Dean worked in new construction industry for 10 years.
Dean and his beautiful wife, Sara, have 3 children. In his spare time, Dean enjoys coaching soccer, spending time with his family, and travelling.
Kim Fransioli
Kim Fransioli is the Accounts Receivable Clerk at SERVPRO of Houston County, Dublin/Vidalia/Claxton. She also is the Administrative Assistant for our construction division, Samson Group. Kim was born and raised in Warner Robins. She is a proud graduate of Warner Robins High School. Prior to joining our SERVPRO family, she worked for the Georgia Department of Corrections. Kim and her husband, Dusty, have 2 children, Dylan and Sierra. In her spare time, she can be found supporting her kids on the baseball/softball field, spending time on their hunting land enjoying the outdoors and fishing.
Allison Etheridge
Allison Ethridge is a Sales & Marketing Representative at SERVPRO of Houston County, Dublin/Vidalia/Claxton. She was born and raised in Warner Robins. Allison is a proud graduate of Warner Robins High School. She graduated with a degree in Business Management from Valdosta State University. Allison has been married to Scot for 21 years and they have two children, Trey and Blake. Allison came to us with over twenty years in experience in the insurance industry. Allison enjoys being able to use her insurance knowledge to help our customers. Allison enjoys traveling to the beach and cheering her sons on in sports.

I can say with complete honesty that Jared and his guys were some of the most professional, polite and friendly crew I’ve ever had come out to my house. Our A/C flooded water all over our wood floors (which we discovered when we returned from vacation). After being contacted by my insurance company SERVPRO called us the next morning to set up a time convenient for us and arrived about an hour after the A/C crew left! They went to work immediately setting up dehumidifier and fans, got up the ruined flooring, treated for mold and basically did a great job answering questions we had. They checked on the progress every day until they were sure all was good. I can’t recommend them highly enough! Great job SERVPRO!
My parents recently had a house fire and Belinda, Sarah, and Flo came and cleaned after the fire and are cleaning now as the construction is nearing completion. They have done an awesome job. You can tell they take real pride in their work. My parents are very pleased with the job they did and would highly recommend them.

I would like to thank flo and Cheryl for there clean up service .. they are so amazing and I would highly recommend them . They are very fast and are great ! Brandon the Manager is awesome to work with also , he come out and told me not to worry that he could clean all my furniture and mattress . Edward was awesome at getting all my furniture and stuff out of the convex . I realized I left my pictures in some boxes and he went back to the warehouse after hours and bought them to my house after he was finished working …, who would do that ? Johnnie was great too . He and Edward moved all my old antique priceless furniture and was very careful . I was so happy . Jared stopped by and help with the furniture and was awesome too . If you ever have any need for their service ….. call as quickly as you can and your life will 100% better . Flo , love you girl
