Zach Bullman works as a Water Technician at SERVPRO of Decatur. He began his career at SERVPRO in 2017. His hobbies include hunting, riding his 4 wheeler and being around his family.

Roman Lambert began his career at SERVPRO of Decatur in 2020. He loves to spend time with his two daughters, riding his motorcycle with a group for charity events and fundraisers. When he is not working he loves to help other and volunteer.

Jeff Kinney began working as a Water Technician at SERVPRO of Decatur in 2019. When his is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family. His hobbies include rooting for the Atlanta Braves and the University of Georgia.

TJ Thompson started his SERVPRO career in 2020 as a member of our Fire Division. Now he works in the Water Division as a Water Technician. He loves to spend time with the family. He enjoys basketball and football, and he is a big Giants fan.

Gracie Souder works in our Fire Division and began her work at SERVPRO in 2015. Gracie always has a smile on her face and is a true team player for our company. She enjoys being outdoors and being with her husband.

Heather English is a member of our Fire Division. She began her career at SERVPRO in 2021. Her daily duties include cleaning items recovered from a fire disaster, helping account and organize belongings specific to homeowners, among other things. When she is not working she loves to spend time with her family and her beagle named Maggie. She is an avid reader and describes herself as a “bookworm.”

Alicia Place started her career at SERVPRO of Decatur in 2021 as Fire Division Technician. She is the mother of 3 boys. When she is not working, she likes to go to church at Christ Chapel in Zebulon. She likes to meet new people and enjoys the joy of laughter.

Ashley Mitchell is a fire technician in our fire division. She started working for us in 2020. When Ashley isn’t working she enjoys cooking for friends and enjoys life in general.

Jessica Farnon is a SERVPRO Job File Coordinator. She began her career with SERVPRO in 2014. Jessica is IICRC-WRT Certified. When not working, Jessica enjoys being around family, traveling and walking her dogs in their strollers.

Tara Jarema is our dispatcher here at SERVPRO. Her duties include scheduling, job updates and ensuring customer satisfaction. When Tara is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family. Hobbies include outdoor concerts, UGA Football and rustic shopping.

Fran Mortimer started in 2018 with SERVPRO in the accounting department. When she’s not working, she enjoys spending time with her sons and grandchildren who play a lot of baseball and softball. Her hobbies include reading, playing trivia, cards and board games with a group of friends.

Kay Bobo is our Office Manager. She started her SERVPRO career in 2006. She is a true asset to her division and with over ten years’ experience, she brings a lot to the table. She enjoys being outdoors and with her family.

Patrick Hasty is our Water Division Production Manager. He started his SERVPRO career in 2017 as a Water Technician. In his downtime, he likes to spend time with his high school sweetheart and their two kids. He is an avid Bulldogs fan.

Taylor Sorensen started his SERVPRO career back in 2016 as a Crew Chief in the Water Department. In 2019 he was promoted to Production Manager and in 2020 he became the Fire Division Manager. He is an avid fan of the Florida Gators.

Alfredo Garcia is the Director of Business Development at SERVPRO. He started with SERVPRO in 2016 and works on verifying that clients in all markets are pleased with the SERVPRO name and receive the best customer service possible. Alfredo has an Insurance License and is actively involved among many networking communities in our territory. In his spare time, he enjoys taking care of his goats, donkey, cat, fish and two black Labs.

Mark Brown is a Project Manager at SERVPRO. He has been with our company since 2013 and has proven to be a great addition. Mark is certified in Water Damage Restoration and Applied Microbial Remediation. He is a talented musician and plays classical guitar for venues and churches in the Henry and Spalding county areas.

T.J. Foster is a Project Manager at SERVPRO. He has been with the company since 2010. He is IICRC certified for Water Damage Restoration. When he isn't working, he loves watching football and playing soccer. His favorite NFL team is the Baltimore Ravens.

Pamela Lafosse is our Human Resources & Accounting Manager. She started her SERVPRO career in 2017. When not working, she enjoys nature and studying natural ways of healing the body. She always values the close relationships that she has with her friends and family.

Mike Meyers is one of our Construction Project Managers and brings more than 20 years of experience in the reconstruction business. He began his career at SERVPRO in 2020. He enjoys wood working, model railroading, camping, hiking, and biking. His favorite sports team: Detroit Red Wings (11 Stanley Cups).

Luke Goddard joined the team in August 2022 as our Director of Strategic Growth & Brand Ambassador. He is a seasoned sales leader with a strong network of relationships that have formed over the course of 13 years of sales and leadership experience in the restoration industry. While residing in Macon, GA, Luke has spent the last 4 years as the Vice President of Sales and Operations at ReNew, a textiles and electronics restoration company, formerly known as Textile Restorations. Luke led his team to achieving historical success with the company, exceeding previous company revenue records. Over the past decade, Luke has had the opportunity to work with SERVPROs all over the Southeast and he feels SERVPRO sets themselves apart as the premier, industry leader in restoration. He enjoys spending time with his wife and 4 kids and watching Georgia football, Atlanta Braves baseball, and golf.
