Michelle is the Human Resource Manager at SERVPRO of Bartow County and is also the Accounting Manager. She came to SERVPRO with twenty years of experience in accounting and running businesses. Through her role as HR Manager she has proven herself an indispensable team member and has shown herself a great steward of SERVPRO's finances. In her spare time, Michelle and her husband love watching their sons baseball games and also enjoys watching the Braves. Her family also has several pets including three dogs, a hamster, a turtle and a fish. On the rare occasion she has time to relax, she likes to watch a couple of episodes of "Criminal Minds".

Stanley started his career with SERVPRO of Bartow County almost three years ago as an entry level technician and has been promoted to Lead Technician a little over a year ago. He has taken to the water restoration trade, soaking up training and hands-on experience, giving his restoration career path great promise. When he has time off he enjoys fishing and watching Professional Bull Riding.

Dustin is proud to have grown with SERVPRO of Bartow County from little-to-no experience to a management role. He has worked in the restoration industry for more than five years and is an IICRC certified Water Restoration Technician (WRT 6493667). Dustin is happily married to his wife, who he has been with for eight years and who has given him two handsome sons (ages 1 & 5 years old). He loves baseball and is a huge Atlanta Braves fan. His favorite food is his wife's spaghetti (but anything she makes is beyond delicious). He is not a huge cook himself, but he loves to grill. When he is not working you can find him by the water fishing with his wife and kids or in the woods hunting. He also loves working in the yard and doing DIY projects and additions to his home.

Matt has been with SERVPRO of Bartow County for five years. He began his SERVPRO career as a Sales & Marketing Representative and online marketing specialist. At the beginning of 2021 he was promoted to Marketing Manager and over sees our marketing efforts. Matt went to the University of Tennessee to study Logistics of Transportation and has a professional background in e-commerce and website design. He has a twelve year old daughter, who he adores, as well as a Great Pyrenees named Willow and a "pound puppy" named Blue, who he also adores. Some of his hobbies include hiking with his dogs, hunting, cooking/grilling and pretty much anything to do with technology.

Carl Facchini is the Construction Manager at SERVPRO of Bartow County. Carl has been in the restoration industry for 11+ years and brings 12 years of experience in the construction field as a construction manager. He also hold WTR, FSR, & AMR certifications in the mitigation field.

Bethanie is one of our administrative loss coordinators and has been with SERVPRO of Bartow County for over one year. As a loss coordinator she works behind the scenes creating job files, coordinating with insurance adjusters and making sure jobs run smoothly. She graduated at 20 years old with her bachelor's degree in criminal justice. Horror movies are her favorite type of movie. Some of her favorites include Scream, It and Dead Silence. Bethanie is also an animal lover and has her own puppy named Atlas, but is terrified of reptiles.

Clint has been with SERVPRO of Bartow County for a couple of years and has 6 years of experience in the construction field. He enjoys construction and values the relationship he’s developed here at SERVPRO. Clint has been married for four years and has two sons (one and two years old). In college he played baseball for Gadsden State College and now enjoys going hunting, fishing and playing golf in his spare time. Clint is also an avid Georgia Bulldogs fan.

Faith has been with SERVPRO for over one year as an administrative loss coordinator. Faith is one of the friendly voices you may have heard when you call SERVPRO of Bartow County. Her job is to help in an administrative role by creating job files and coordinating with insurance adjusters to ensure jobs run smoothly and as expected. Faith was born and raised in Wisconsin, living there until she was twelve year old. She loves to travel and has been to New York, Montana, Colorado, Mexico and Canada. Faith is very outgoing, has a strong “go-getter attitude” and a big heart as demonstrated by her love for animals even though she is allergic to about 90% of them. In her spare time she enjoys being outside riding four wheelers, side-by-sides and doing home DIY projects.
