John Carter is the Production Manager at SERVPRO of Winter Haven. He has been with SERVPRO for 17 years and is exceptionally knowledgeable in the restoration industry. John's certifications include IICRC: Water Damage Restoration, Applied Microbial Remediation, Health, and Safety Technician, Carpet Cleaning, Carpet Repair, and Re-installation. Other certifications include SERVPRO ECTP: Lead Testing & Remediation, Claims Subrogation, Fire, Water, SERVPRO DryBook, and Crew Training. John enjoys hiking, fishing, shooting, bike riding, muscle cars, and spending time with his beautiful wife and daughter.
Elizabeth Dildine
Elizabeth Dildine is the Office Manager for SERVPRO of Winter Haven. She has been with SERVPRO for 7 years and continues expanding her knowledge and passion in the restoration industry. Her certifications include Xactimate, QuickBooks, and IICRC- Water Restoration technician. Elizabeth contributes to her community by volunteering at her local library and attending community events. In her spare time, she enjoys fishing, camping, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends.
Erica Miro
Erica joined SERVPRO two years ago, she is currently the Reconstruction Project Manager, bringing more than 20 years of experience in Office Management, Administration, Construction, Marketing, Webpage Design, Technical Support, Social Media Content, and Software Management. She is always looking to learn new things and likes to work on different projects.
Jesus Rosa
Jesus Rosa Rivera is a Crew Chief at SERVPRO of Winter Haven and has several years of experience with a background in demolition and construction. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends, fixing cars, going to the beach, and relaxing.
Michael Beck
Mike has been part of our SERVPRO team for approximately 4 years. He is a Lead Technician and he is WTR Certified.
On his time off he enjoys being a father and going fishing.
George Velazquez
George Velazquez has been with SERVPRO of Winter Haven for a couple of months as a Production Technician.
He has previous experience as a Water Technician and is WRT Certified.
Joshua Gonzalez
Joshua Gonzalez joined SERVPRO of Winter Haven a few months ago as part of our Production Technician Crew. Joshua is a fast learner, dedicated, and a team player. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends, and fixing cars.
Leah Ormond
Leah joined SERVPRO of Winter Haven recently and she is our current Receptionist / Dispatcher. She is a fast learner and on her time off Leah loves to spend time with family and, she loves animals.
