My house flooded after our toilet line snapped. Not only did SERVPRO arrive quickly, they were polite and respectful of us and our home.
A fantastic team. I was beside myself when I came home to inches of water due to a broken ice maker and had no idea what to do. My neighbor suggested I call SERVPRO, and I'm so glad I did. Jeremy guided me through the entire process and was always professional, prompt and polite and I could not have asked for better service. Like their motto, they really made it like it never even happened.
Leah was very patient and understanding; Michelle was amazing! We had been told the ceilings and walls were dry. Rather, Michelle tested and found that we were “saturated” in several places: guest room, kitchen, and dining room. They brought the equipment necessary to dry out my home; came and checked progress every day; and stayed with the job until we measured “dry.” It was very reassuring to have professionals take care of the water from the roof. Michelle returned after the storm and checked for moisture. Sadly, we still have leaks from the roof, but I am confident that SERVPRO will dry out my home again. I highly recommend SERVPRO.

In 1993, Jeremy George responded to his first water damage call, and of course it was in the middle of the night. He was 13, and that summer job unexpectedly launched a career making property damage “Like it never even happened.”
In the decades since, Jeremy has responded to thousands of disasters, of every size and type, across Pasco County and Tampa Bay and even internationally, while building a mission-driven team that focuses on providing outstanding service with fairness and mutual respect. He is the owner-operator of six restoration franchises which include West Pasco, West Tampa, Tarpon, Wesley Chapel, New Tampa & Hernando County.
