Michelle Spencer with the Wesley Chapel branch has been out to help with my parents' home numerous times this week after it flooded. She has been available any time of day- including late on a Saturday evening with no notice- and has stayed until what was needed each day was finished. SERVPRO came to my home last week after my clothes washer malfunctioned and flooded the house while I was at Publix. I would like to commend Daniel and team for their quick response. The crew took charge and worked into the night until all the water was gone and the drying equipment was in place. I won't ever run my washer when I'm not home again - but if I need a restoration contractor again, I'd call SERVPRO of East Pasco.

This was our first experience with SERVPRO, and it was excellent. They were extremely fast in responding. Leah, our office contact, was an excellent communicator and very helpful. Kady, the mitigation manager, came out to assess our attic following a roof leak. We were so grateful for her honesty. She took photos and checked for moisture. Her ultimate assessment was that we had caught the leak fast enough that we didn’t actually need any remediation. We were pleasantly surprised and relieved. She didn’t see any evidence of mold growth but said she would be willing to suggest a company to test for us (no pressure to do so though). When searching for someone to do work on our home, one of the first things we look for is a someone who will be honest in assessing the problem. We found that with SERVPRO. If we ever have any future issues, SERVPRO will be our first call. If your home has sustained damage, we would highly recommend Kady as someone who will give you an honest evaluation of the issue.
