Toilet flooded almost half of our home in a matter of an hour. SERVPRO in St Augustine came out on Sunday within an hour! They explained the entire process and worked directly with our insurance, we didn't have to pay anything out of pocket. Do not ever want to see these guys again, but highly recommend as a restoration company - great service all around.
We are currently using SERVPRO of Greater St. Augustine for water extraction and restoration services (work is ongoing). They have been professional, courteous, and responsive every step of the way, even managing to get the restoration process underway sooner than expected! The furniture move-out process was seamless and despite yesterday's demolition work (had to remove part of the ceiling) they left the area tidy and neat at the end of the day. The second time we have used this company and are very pleased with their services.
Man, these guys were excellent. It was so frustrating for us to go through this - flood. I'm disabled, I fell off the toilet at night, my wife and I didn't know what to do. We are so thankful to SERVPRO of Greater St Augustine, they were outstanding. They put everything back together the way it was, they even paid an extra night for us at the hotel, when they were a little late putting baseboard back it - highly recommend their services to everyone!

Our Owner David comes to the SERVPRO® family of franchises with extensive experience in business management, talent development, process improvement, and quality control after spending 16 years of his professional career in the finance sector with JP Morgan Chase (14) and Bank of America (2). During the last 6 years of his career, David focused on building new teams/departments on projects created as the result of the consent order issued to all financial institutions in the summer of 2009. David has been a resident of St Augustine since 2004 and has resided in the Jacksonville/Mandarin area since 1991.
