We recently had to redo an entire condo in the South Tampa Florida area. They went above and beyond our needs and we were very happy with everything they did including their very positive customer service!

When I had water intrusion in my family room, Brian was out immediately inspecting the walls, ceiling and foundation with an infrared camera identifying the source area. He found that it came in thru a crack in the foundation and not from the roof. Thank goodness it had not wicked up the walls yet! Drying equipment was set up immediately! He was very professional, polite, helpful and I was relieved! Thank You!!!

Let me just say that the SERVPRO South Tampa team helped our family in a time of need and helped us after our daughter completely flooded our home. Imagine having a disaster in your home with 4 kids on the night of our son's birthday. The SERVPRO Team was literally at our house within the hour when most companies don't work on the weekend.

The most professional and knowledgeable team. When I spoke to the office manager, a pleasant and reassuring voice in, she said she'd contact the guys in the field and call me right back. And she did.

Brian's team came within 2 hours and began to immediately address the fire damage issues. They alleviated my fears from having received an alarming mold inspection report, and helped me develop a plan to monitor my conditions and to pursue remediation and restoration if my situation warrants it. The team showed up on schedule and obviously like their work and their job. I am impressed and could not be more pleased with the results.

Brian's team came out to my house to test for fire smoke damage in the bedroom near our main problem. He was absolutely wonderful. He was very professional and very knowledgeable. Gave me his professional opinion of what needs to be done. He didn't try to pressure me to have them fix something that didn't need to be fixed. I would call them again if services are ever needed.
