I am the property manager for our Real Estate Department and I want you to be aware of the gratitude and appreciation I have for Bill and his team. Perhaps you are aware, I believe they have been at our Sebastian, location every day since Saturday due to persistent leaks in the location. Not only have the leaks been disruptive but it shut down most of our business and ability to serve our customers. In dealing with Bill over the last couple of days I have observed him be very professional, polite, and cooperative- not only with me but the staff as well.
