Oscar the owner was also onsite and explained the entire process to me in full detail. They were efficient and quickly had the flooding contained. They carefully relocated our furniture and personal belongings. They removed the water heater, floor, baseboards and cabinets. He runs and honest and ethical business and goes above and beyond to get the job done and get it done well. His attention to detail is impeccable and his drive to do things the right way makes him trustworthy and reputable. His desire to work until all issues were fixed to his and my satisfaction is beyond appreciated and I wholeheartedly recommend him for any work you might need done.
Carlos and Manny are doing a fine job. I appreciate their professionalism. Their personalities make this situation less stressful.
We were away for 2 weeks and came back to find our house flooded and with mold.
We called SERVPRO of Pompano and they came out within the hour and stared right away with the drying and in the following weeks they worked very fast and efficiently to get our home back in to shape.
