A 5 Star job and solution to my 4 year old problem. I'm a landlord and prior to my ownership a smoker must have lived in the unit that SERVPRO just serviced. I've been dealing with the smell of smoke & tenants breaking their leases because of the smell for years. I tried literally everything off the shelf; UV lights, spray odorizes of every kind, sealing walls, ceilings, cabinets & repainting several times with no luck. The smell of cigarettes still lingered. 

Brad from SERVPRO was able to zero in on the culprit, offer a solution and execute the solution within a day of my request. He and SERVPRO have earned my best & highest recommendations now and in the future!

SERVPRO was great! Unfortunately I was in a position where we had a flood and needed quick response. The team from SERVPRO Plantation was there immediately first thing in the morning to respond with a full action team. Their team was respectful, worked fast, and really prevented a bad situation from becoming worse. The manager even came on-site multiple times to check on the job and we felt like we were in good hands. Would highly recommend these guys to anyone that needs water remediation.

Had ceiling collapse from leaking AC unit. Prompt service. Thorough evaluation of problem and clean up.

 

I experienced a horrendous leak following torrential rain in 2 bedrooms. I called Russ Locandro who sent out Randy as promptly as possible. Randy was thorough and polite. He gave me a straight forward explanation of what needed to be done and got to work right away to help my family. His team came daily to check machines and assess the work. His team was honest and courteous. If an emergency were to happen again, I will definitely contact Randy and his team.

I am writing this review to express my gratitude and appreciation of the excellent service provided by SERVPRO of Plantation. My house flooded about a couple of months back (June of this year) when we had a few days of continuous heavy rain. I was away during that time and was in shock when I saw the flooding. I did not know what to do or who to call when Servro was suggested to me. I gave them a call and they were there within the hour. They set up the pumps and drained the water and then set up dryers and fans to quickly get the place dried out before further damage such as mold set in.

I want to state that I was extremely impressed with the efficiency and professionalism exhibited by SERVPRO of Plantation in executing their work which was all done at a very reasonable price.

Fast, professional 5 Star Service from the first call until completion of the job. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I have used this SERVPRO two times already and have been nothing but satisfied with them. Highly recommended!
