Morena Fenero - Owner
Morena Fenero is a businesswoman, entrepreneur, and owner of SERVPRO of Pembroke Pines/West Miramar. She was born in São Paulo, Brazil, and moved to New Jersey when she was 16 years old. At the age of 19 she purchased and managed her first business.
Morena began her career in the restoration industry fourteen years ago, and in 2017 she became the owner of SERVPRO of East Pembroke Pines. Two years later, she acquired SERVPRO of West Pembroke Pines and West Miramar. Her sincere desire to be of service and help people in times of crisis is evidenced by the multiple awards her franchise has won in recognition of outstanding service provided in Florida.
Morena holds over eight licenses and certifications and specializes in mold identification and mold remediation. She is certified by the State of Florida as a Mold Assessor and a Mold Remediator. She is recognized as a Woman and Minority Certified Business in the State of Florida.
Morena invests in the education of her team and all of her employees are IICRC-Certified by the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification.
Morena is actively involved in the Pembroke Pines and Miramar communities and is an avid animal lover. When she is not helping people put their lives back together, you can find her spending time with her pets and volunteering at local animal shelters.
Marlene Sienkiewicz/ Production Manager
Marlene Sienkiewicz is our Production Manager and currently holds certifications with the IICRC for Water (WRT), Mold (AMRT), Applied Structure Drying (ASD) and Fire & Smoke Remediation Technician (FSRT).
When Marlene is not working, she is spending time with her family and friends.
Elian Fuenmayor/ Crew Chief
Elian Fuenmayor is a Water and Mold IICRC Certified technician with over 5 years of industry experience.
Elian joined our team in 2018 and has over 5 years’ experience in the restoration industry handling water, mold, fire and bio-hazard work.
Elian welcomed his first child with his lovely wife last year and when he is not working, he is spending quality time with his family.
