I had my dryer cleaned today. It has been 7 yrs. since I used SERVPRO. Since I had good service from them before, thought I would use them again.Call to make an appointment and the lady that answered the phone was very friendly and helpful. She schedule my appointment for the next day. They arrive on time and started the job very quickly. Lance was very friendly and professional. He explained what he had to do and went right to work. He did a great job and was done in no time at all. He cleaned everything up after he was done, no mess at all!!. You didn't even realize he was at my house. The workers from SERVPRO, headed up by owner Greg Williams and his team manager Brian, did a wonderful job. My husband and I feel that the men assigned to the project transformed a stressful situation into an almost pleasant experience. We cannot begin to express our appreciation for everything that transpired.

Recently purchased a resale home in the area and discovered -- after closing -- that the inspector failed to see that one of the base kitchen cabinets had been previously damaged by a leak from a faulty dishwasher. Worried there might be mold festering in the kitchen. Mike Webb of SERVPRO Ocala came to view the situation and assured me all was fine -- I expected the worst.
