What Is the Mold Remediation Process?
Air Filtration
Our specialized filtration equipment allows our professionals to capture microscopic mold spores out of the air. We utilize powerful “air scrubbers” and HEPA vacuums to prevent the spread of these mold spores while the mold remediation is in process.
Removing Mold and Mold-Infested Materials
We use antifungal and antimicrobial treatments to treat mold colonies. When necessary to remediate heavy mold growth, our mold removal process includes the removal and disposal of mold-infested porous materials such as carpeting, drywall, and insulation.
Cleaning
Our professionals clean the structural elements that were infected by mold such as flooring, framing, fixtures, HVAC and mechanical systems. Within minutes he was on his hands and knees cleaning everything up. He removed the fronts of the pedestals to get at what had flowed under the washer and dryer. Clever! I was so happy I was almost teary-eyed. Truly, "Like it never even happened." So relieved, so happy.

He is the owner-operator of six restoration franchises which include West Pasco, West Tampa, Tarpon, Wesley Chapel, New Tampa & Hernando County.
Our operation is tied into a national network of more than 2,200 franchises and backed by the depth of knowledge and professional experience of the franchise system founded in 1967 and the local company, operated by the same family for more than 25 years. Our core business is providing restoration and cleanup services in Pasco County, from Land O Lakes to Dade City to Tampa as well as Hernando County. We are designated within the SERVPRO system as a Large Loss Response Team and mobilized as needed to disaster sites across the United States.
