SERVPRO came and cleaned our clubhouse and pool area today. They were there on time and did everything they said they would. Their service is as good as it gets and I would recommend them to our whole park .

SERVPRO came to my business to deep clean. The crew was on time, professional, and knew what they were doing. They appeared to take all of the precautions necessary to clean up the mess we had no idea how to deal with. 

I had a water heater leak that I found on New Year’s Day that had been going on for awhile. I called SERVPRO and reached Lucio, he came out same day, reassured me of what they could do, what to do before the clean up team came, and was overall extremely reassuring. We had a ton of mold and water damage in a small space, and when his team of Tiago and Derek came to clean up, they were polite, efficient, and got everything done as quickly as possible for a very reasonable price. They were so clean and respectful of every space they walked through in my home. Everyone wore masks and were very respectful of distance with COVID. Lucio stayed in touch, kept me updated, and answered my litany of questions. I was incredibly stressed about all of the mold damage, and I can’t overstate how satisfied I am with their work, follow up, and communication. I would hire Lucio and Tiago again anytime and recommend them to anyone!

Teresa and Big T (Tiago) did an excellent job of demolition and remediation for the mold and water damage in our large garage. Both are extremely professional, respectful and VERY hard working in this hot and humid weather. They handled our personal possessions as carefully as if they were their own. A month of water damage and mold could have been terribly stressful, but Teresa & Big T were so calm and reassuring every single day. Our Project Manager Tony Collins also did a great job keeping everything organized and well scheduled while he also took the extra time to manage our expectations at every step of the way. Tony answered my many texts and emails promptly and was always super polite. (In the midst of all this, I had eye surgery & my 75th birthday.) Shawn Meek, our acting supervisor in charge of reconstruction, also did a superior job. While he's definitely very efficient, knowledgeable & well mannered, he also managed our scheduling in a very expeditious manner. His subcontractor Mauricio, the drywall guys, the father & son painters Fabio & Miguel, and their cleaners all did excellent work. Breanne also worked a little miracle for us with help from Mike. What more could we want from a team that enters your life to help during a time of water and mold damage and duress? You want the A TEAM & that's what we got! Thank you ALL for a job well done.

I hired SERVPRO to sanitize my father's home because both he and his wife had COVID and my father was being released from the hospital, just after she entered. They were the only company in a wide area that was willing to come out and do the job in a short time frame. Unfortunately, my father passed away, but his wife returned home last night and called immediately to thank me for having the home cleaned. She was nervous to come back to a house that smelled of rotting garbage that she had left before going to the hospital, and was extremely relieved to find just the opposite. My thanks go out to this great team of workers, THANK YOU! This was a nerve-racking experience to deal with from half way across the country and they were great!
