He carefully walked us through the steps we needed to take in order to proceed with rebuilding our home. He managed to put a little peace in my mind, and was also the first person to calmly and clearly set my boyfriend’s head to something other than extreme anguish since the fire. He was honest and up front about what we needed, without making it too painful or being insulting. And he wasn’t trying to push us into making changes or adding things we don’t need, like some others have. it’s the first time I’ve not dreaded the outcome.
