Kyle with SERVPRO was awesome to work with. I had leaks in my house and Kyle came out numerous time and ensured all my walls were dry prior to completion of the job. He was extremely professional and provided me with knowledge of my home as it related to this particular problem. Tom arrived at my residence today to provide an estimate. He was professional, explained everything I needed clarity on and took his time to ensure I understand everything the service would detail. Tom was professional, polite, in time and detailed. I would highly recommend.
Had some water damage in two bedrooms last week. Kyle and Rob showed up and quickly got to work. They were very professional and let me know exactly what they were doing and what the next steps in the process would be. Over the next 3-4 days they would call to let me know they were on their way first thing in the morning and worked to get the carpet dry as well as walls and baseboards. In such a stressful situation it was great to have two employees that knew what they were doing and got everything dry within a matter of days. These guys are a credit to SERVPRO and I’m glad they were assigned to my job.
The technician that cleaned my area rug was very knowledgeable and polite. We couldn't be more pleased with the service provided and would continue to recommend this team in the future.
