SERVPRO did very well for us to clean up some pretty major flooding from a plumbing fixture. What we thought was going to be a huge amount of damage ended up being a lot less because of how quickly and efficiently they were able to come to the house and get their equipment in place to deal with all the water. I experienced water damage due to a defective HVAC unit, it collapsed my master bedroom ceiling and destroyed a custom wood floor. SERVPRO handled the clean up, remediation and acted as my General Contractor to do the complete restoration. My project manager was Peter P, he kept everything on schedule and to my complete satisfaction.....on time! SERVPRO was so good, I gave them another 3 projects on the property that were completed to my complete satisfaction.
