Benjamin Alcorn
Benjamin Alcorn is the General Manager of SERVPRO of Jacksonville Beach/Ponte Vedra. He has over 10 years of management experience. Benjamin studied business management, finance, and accounting at Michigan State University before moving to Jacksonville. With over 20 years in the hospitality industry, Benjamin brings expertise in customer service, team management, and process management to our SERVPRO franchises. He completed SERVPRO Industries, Inc.'s Franchise Ownership Training in 2016. Benjamin also holds the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certifications (IICRC) as a Water Restoration Technician (WRT), and Commercial Drying Specialist (CDS).

Lauren Braddock Alcorn
Lauren Braddock Alcorn is the Commercial Business Development Representative for SERVPRO of The Beaches/Ponte Vedra. Lauren holds an Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) as a Water Restoration Technician (WRT), and as a Commercial Drying Specialist (CDS). She completed SERVPRO Industries Inc.'s Franchise Ownership Training in 2016.
Lauren serves as Chair of ImpactJAX, the young professionals division of the Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce, and sits on the JaxChamber Board of Directors, as well as being a member of both the Beaches Division and Arlington Councils. Lauren is a member of the St. Johns County Chamber of Commerce, and the Ponte Vedra Beach Division of the St. Johns County Chamber. Lauren also serves on the Board of NEFBA YPG, and volunteers for 5 Star Veterans Center. She was honored in 2019 as a Class 3, Hightower Emerging Leader Fellow.

Robin Braddock
Robin Braddock is the Owner of SERVPRO of The Beaches/Ponte Vedra, SERVPRO of Mandarin, and SERVPRO of St. Augustine along with her husband Tom Braddock. She has 38 years of experience in the restoration industry, having purchased her first SERVPRO franchise in 1981. Robin has the following certifications: IICRC (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification) in Water Damage Restoration, is a certified DryBook user, and has completed the DRI EAZ Education Restorative Drying 101. Tom Braddock
Tom Braddock is the Owner of SERVPRO of The Beaches/Ponte Vedra, SERVPRO of Mandarin, and SERVPRO of St. Augustine along with Robin Braddock. He has 43 years of experience in the restoration industry. Tom worked as a Technician beginning in 1976 for SERVPRO of Tallahassee while attending Florida State University. He purchased his first SERVPRO franchise in 1981. Tom has the following certifications: IICRC (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification) in Water Damage Restoration, Applied Structural Drying, and Fire & Smoke Restoration. He also has continuing education certification in OSHA/EPA Lead Paint Safety from AAA Construction School, Inc. and the Employee Certification Training Program through SERVPRO. Kelly Bennett
Kelly Bennett is the Human Resources Officer and Office Manager at SERVPRO of Jacksonville Beach/Ponte Vedra. She joined our team in January of 2023. Overseeing our team development and training, helping to implement company policies, HR management, payroll, and bookkeeping are just a few of her responsibilities. Kelly is working to complete her Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) as a Water Restoration Technician. About Us
SERVPRO of Jacksonville Beach / Ponte Vedra is locally owned and operated by Tom and Robin Braddock. They are a family business with strong roots and ties in the community and have just celebrated their 40th year as SERVPRO franchise owners.
Tom Braddock is originally from Jacksonville, Florida, and moved to Atlantic Beach as a young man. His first job was at Pinky Campbell's pharmacy as a Soda Jerk in 1964 (the brick and mortar known today as Ragtime in Atlantic Beach). He was also a volunteer Red Cross Jacksonville Beach Life Guard. Tom graduated from Fletcher high-school in 1967, GO SENATORS! He volunteered for the United States Air-force in 1968, served four years, and proudly attended Florida State University on the GI Bill.
Robin Hardin Braddock was born in Gainesville, Florida, and grew up in the Bunnell/ Flagler County area. She moved to Jacksonville in 1978 as a medical assistant, following her graduation from Daytona Beach Community College (now Daytona State College).
When Robin and Tom met in 1978, Tom had already been working for SERVPRO for two years as a Technician. They saw SERVPRO as a good opportunity to not only be in business for themselves but to serve their community as well. They purchased their first SERVPRO franchise in St. Augustine, Florida in 1981. Following with the Mandarin and then Jacksonville Beach/Ponte Vedra franchises just a few years later, making Tom and Robin Braddock's SERVPRO the longest continuously running cleaning and restoration company in North East Florida. Their two children Lauren Braddock Alcorn and Andrew Braddock are now involved in the family business. Andrew works as an Estimator, Crew Chief, and Project Manager, and Lauren in Commercial Account Management and Large Loss Project Management. Their Son-in-Law, Benjamin Alcorn is the General Manager and also runs their Storm Team.
The Beaches franchise serves the Eastside of Jacksonville, University of North Florida (UNF), Hodges, San Pablo and Mayo Clinic, Jacksonville Beach, Neptune Beach, Mayport, Ponte Vedra, Ponte Vedra Beach, Nocatee, Atlantic Beach, Kernan, and East Arlington.
