SERVPRO of Hollywood/Hallandale/Aventura have been nothing but professional, prompt and very detailed oriented.  After finding extensive mold damage from an unknown source in our condo unit on two floors after Hurricane Irma, SERVPRO promptly sent out and  inspector who did a lot of testing and immediately suggested that we have additional testing done by an outside firm to determine exactly what we were dealing with.  Their recommendations were not self-serving but rather extremely important.  After discovering numerous toxic molds we moved out and SERVPRO came in and started the remediation process.  Not only did their crews show up on time and work extremley hard, they took care to protect our hardwood floor areas and to keep us informed every step of the way of their progress and what they were discovering.  

  We trust them so much that when the time comes to start reconstructing our unit the will be the ONLY contractor that we will trust to do it for us.  Their care, professionalism and expertise cannot be underestimated.  I strongly suggest you contact them if you have any water, fire, or other issues or if you are simply looking for a good contractor.

"I had a leak in a closet while I was away and in 48 hours there was spreading mold and water damage! Larry the owner and Ishmael the best specialist of serve pro came in and put up containment walls and removed the damaged areas and used giant dehumidifiers to dry the area. Then provided air scrubbers which soothed my concerns of mold in the air. Marble had to be removed and Ishmael did it so carefully that none were broken! Now they are getting the area tested to ensure everything is a go to put it back together. They are great. Came quick and knew exactly what to do.
