With over 30 years of combined experience in fire and water mitigation, we ensure that all of our employees go through extensive training and the proper certification process to provide the best customer experience we can offer. Danny and his helper, were extremely thorough in the removal of the cellulose insulation. I did not expect that level of attention to detail. I appreciate so much the concern they had with my request that it be contained so that my family would not have any more adverse health effects related to the insulation or removal. Truly blessed to have such a wonderful company restore my home. This was the easiest experience I've ever been through! Phillip and his team worked closely with my insurance company to make sure everything was restored to pre loss conditions. I now understand the meaning of "Like it never even happened."
My washing machine is kept in my finished basement, and I had thought this was a great place for it. But it had a major mechanical failure and I had a flood in my basement. Even with the drains there was so much water leaked that it made flood damage a foot off the ground. Walls were damaged, flooring was damaged, and it was awful. That is until your company came in and made it go away. I would have never imagined to repairing it would be easy. My basement like new in a short time. Thank You!
