I’m so glad a staff member at my condo building recommended SERVPRO after the toilet in the unit above me overflowed causing extensive water damage in my master bedroom, adjacent hallways and in 3 closets.I was not in residence at the time, but once I contacted SERVPRO they came immediately and ‘took charge’ doing what was necessary professionally to dry out the effected ceiling, walls and wood flooring. They carefully and professionally packed all clothing from the 3 closets, removed all bedroom furniture including a 9x12 wool area rug which they dried out and beautifully cleaned.  Ultimately, all the hardwood flooring had to be removed which they did too. Eventually, I was able to meet with Frank R., the SERVPRO operations manager, in my unit and he reviewed all they had done.I found him and his crew to be quite professional and I was really pleased with all of their work. Thanks also to office staff members Marilyn and Raja who were very helpful! I would highly recommend SERVPRO for any water damage and clean up you might—unfortunately-- experience!
