  • Frank Rodriguez, team member at SERVPRO of Ft. Lauderdale Central, Wilton Manors

    Frank Rodriguez

VP of Operations - Frank ensures annual divisional initiatives that align with company initiatives are completed. He guides a quality team of properly trained employees to produce jobs completed according to SERVPRO®; franchise procedures and processes. He also supervises, monitors, and communicates with management staff to stay updated on jobs, documentation, budgeting, and any customer issues.

I have been in the restoration industry for the past 20 years, where I have learned an extensive amount about water damage, fire damage, mold remediation, and reconstruction services. Over time, I made it a point to also develop my leadership skills, because I knew that SERVPRO was a company I wanted to grow with. Shortly after the start of my tenure, I was promoted to Crew Chief, then Production Manager, which also encompassed the role of Operations Manager, and now the General Manager. Through the hard work and dedication of the SERVPRO of Ft. Lauderdale team, the operation went from one single area to expanding to nine locations across the state! We took on many new tasks and challenges over the past few years to become the best restoration company in Florida. We pride ourselves on honesty, loyalty and customer service, which has made us the largest SERVPRO branch in South Florida. The amount of skills and opportunities that this company has given me has changed my life, as well as the people I have led. I have developed relationships with local clients, grown managers, implemented new policies, and continued to put our customers first. My role here continues to grow, and I am more driven than ever to help people recover from unexpected disasters.

  • Ken Grant, team member at SERVPRO of Ft. Lauderdale Central, Wilton Manors

    Ken Grant

General Manager - I have been in the industry for over 30 years. I started out with my own construction company in Michigan. I served as a firefighter and Fire Chief, where I gained several certifications. I also worked for a large restoration company in Michigan for 6 years as a project director, acquiring many skills and certifications. Transferred to Florida keeping the same position at a different restoration company for over 6 years. Due to COVID and a reduction in the work force, I found my way to SERVPRO as a reconstruction project manager, and I am now the General Manager for our Fort Lauderdale office. Looking forward to many years of service with SERVPRO.

Five years ago, I made one of the best decisions of my life, and that was to learn a new trade, which brought me to SERVPRO®;. I started out with SERVPRO of Ft. Lauderdale South as a Field Technician, and I have quickly grown from there. From a Field Technician, I became a Crew Chief, then a Production Manager, and that brings me to my current role of Operations Manager in Ft. Lauderdale where I oversee six franchises in the area. Throughout my journey with SERVPRO®; I have been presented with an extensive amount of knowledge and endless opportunities. Prior to SERVPRO®;, my background was in restaurant management, which has allowed me to learn how to be a leader, serve people, and provide the highest level of customer service to make sure the customer experience is the best. Providing a service for those who have experienced a disaster, such as a hurricane, and being able to bring their property to pre-loss conditions has been an incredibly rewarding experience.

What our
customers are saying

My mother lives with us and burns a lot of candles. Her cat must’ve gotten close and it tipped and the curtain caught on fire. We didn’t notice until a lot was burned. You guys showed up after it was out and saved a lot of clothing and items. Great work.

Jen C.
Fort Lauderdale

My dishwasher kicked out on me and sent water everywhere in the kitchen. I tried mopping it but saw the cabinets got wet, so I called SERVPRO. Glad I did! The water had already started to warp some kickboards but they got it all fixed for me like new. Thanks

Tara L.
Fort Lauderdale

The neighbor didn’t tie down items in his yard and my window smashed when the debris from his yard hit it. Wind and rain came in and didn’t know how to begin cleanup. Called SERVPRO, got the job done fast, it was worth it.

Zed J.R.
Fort Lauderdale

– First, mold is gross and I can’t believe I found some in my hall closet. I guess a pipe was leaking. Anyhow, SERVPRO’s help was great and they ensured the problem got fixed before cleaning it up. I feel I can breathe now.

Hanna R.
Fort Lauderdale

Thought all my extinguishers at the bakery worked but one was faulty. Got a lot of damage from an oven that lead to an electrical fire. SERVPRO helped me get it repaired and had all the paperwork for my insurance to handle that part. Life saver!

Mila S.
Fort Lauderdale

We left for the weekend and didn’t realize a storm was coming through. Water came in through our carport and did tons of damage to our entry by the kitchen. Mold was growing, it was gross. Glad SERVPRO was available, wouldn’t have done it myself.

Tim L.
Fort Lauderdale

My son and I made fried dough and ended up having a bit of a grease fire. Kitchen was horribly smoky and dirty. Called SERVPRO and they set up machines to remove smoke and got all the walls fixed and clean. I can’t even smell it anymore.

Carlos R.
Fort Lauderdale

The realtor office next to my sport shop had a fire and we had a lot of smoke that came into our unit. I thought I was going to have to consider a lot of inventory a loss, but SERVPROs help saved a lot of it with the cleaning and machinery.

Jesse C.
Fort Lauderdale

We thought our family room was finished after the fish tank broke and sent 100 gallons of water all over our carpet. SERVPRO actually showed up in like two hrs and helped clean up and dry the carpet. They even used these tools to check for water behind the walls and stuff.
