Frank has an extensive background in construction and restoration and is ready to put his knowledge to work while getting the job done with perfection. Scott joined SERVPRO of Cutler Bay as our General Manager. He graduated from Georgia Tech in 1996 with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management and secured his General Contractor license in 1998. He held positions as Vice President of Construction for national homebuilders and enhanced his job knowledge with an Insurance Adjuster license in 2008. Scott entered the Restoration Industry in 2012, holding key positions in Marketing/Business Development and Project Management. His vast background will help our Cutler Bay team deliver exemplary customer service and satisfaction to our residential and commercial customers.

Don is our Large Loss Marketer at SERVPRO of Cutler Bay. He has been involved for over 30 years in real estate development and the construction industry in South Florida. With our Large Loss experience and industry-leading equipment, our professionals can handle the effects of water, fire, mold, storms and flooding emergencies. Jessie is our Office Manager at SERVPRO of Cutler Bay and often answers the phone when you call us. Gisselle has joined the SERVPRO of Cutler Bay team as a Marketing Representative. Prior to joining the restoration industry, her experience included teaching Early Childhood Elementary. Gisselle is a graduate of FIU. Gisselle will be responsible for driving local brand awareness through on-site, and face to face interaction with our clients.
