Howard has been in Sales and Management for large and small companies for almost 40 years. Values that drive Howard are Honesty, Integrity, Transparency, People Development and Success. His favorite thing about his job is the team that SERVPRO has assembled and their development within their roles. He also likes the challenge his job brings to his career experience and skill sets. When not working, Howard enjoys listening to music and watching movies. He gives of his time coaching youth baseball players, helping them get to the college or professional level. He also heads a non-profit that raises money for The Miracle League of Manasota and the American Cancer Society.

Sean has been in the remediation industry since 2004 and with SERVPRO since 2014. Sean’s favorite part of his job is the traveling and variety of job and locations that he comes across in helping our customers. The values that drive him are honesty and integrity. When he is not working, Sean enjoys scuba diving and MMA. He has frequently volunteered with the Ronald McDonald House Charities, which provides nearby accommodations to parents whose children are in the hospital.

Gilberto started his career in restoration in 2004. Once he became employed at SERVPRO, he knew he was working for the best in the business! Gilberto is IICRC (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification) Certified in water, fire, mold and odor. If he could create his own job title it would be “Mr. Got It Done” He loves working for SERVPRO because the atmosphere is very low-key and team shares information and experiences to help each other in their work. When not working, Gilberto enjoys spending time with his family and giving back to his church, Soul Seed Ministries.

Daniel has lived in Cape Coral since 2005 and is a graduate of Cape Coral High School. If he could create his own job title it would be “Mr. Multi Tool” Daniel’s favorite part about his job is being able to respond to a homeowner in their time of need and using his expertise to help make sure the restoration process is completed accurately. He loves working for SERVPRO because the entire team is driven and team-oriented. Daniel is a confident, honest, and hardworking individual whose success motivated and family-oriented. When he’s not working, he’s a devoted father to his 3-year-old son, and creating memories with his son is what he enjoys most.

Born on a Florida Naval Base, Betty lived in several states and experienced many other ways of life, but came back to Florida permanently to enjoy the outdoors and all the wonders to be found here in the Sunshine State. Her favorite part of working for SERVPRO is helping people in dire situations and having great coworkers. Honesty and integrity are values that drive Betty, she believes if you do not possess these traits, you have nothing to call your own. In her spare time, she enjoys singing, fishing, and working on her home and yard. She also volunteers at her church and with Meals on Wheels and local homeless ministries.
