Crystal is the Office Manager for both SERVPRO of Bay County, and our sister franchise, SERVPRO of North Pensacola. Crystal joined the SERVPRO of Bay County team in June of 2013, holds a Water Restoration Technician certification from the IICRC, and is also trained in Time & Materials Billing. Before coming to SERVPRO, Crystal gained experience in a variety of industries, including owning her own custom stone business, administrative work, and banking. Crystal says that she enjoys working for SERVPRO, because she likes working for a company that helps people in a time of need to restore their biggest investments: their homes and lives. When she is not working, Crystal enjoys being outdoors, cooking, volunteer work, travel, home renovations, and learning new things.

Talena is the Regional Marketing Manager for SERPVRO of Bay County, SERVPRO of North Pensacola, and SERVPRO of Albany and Americus. Talena joined the SERVPRO of Bay County team in January of 2014 as a Sales and Marketing Representative, and through hard work, determination, and commitment to her job has excelled to her current position. Talena is a certified Water Restoration Technician through the IICRC, and also holds a HIPPA Master's Certification. When she is not working, Talena enjoys going fishing, spending time on the boat, and does a great deal of community service and outreach in Panama City and Panama City Beach.

Michael Stevens serves as a Construction Superintendent for SERVPRO of Bay County. Michael started with our team in March of 2014, and brought with him an extensive background in Construction Services. Michael describes himself as "hands on" and his dedication to his craft shows through in his work. When he is not working, Michael enjoys fishing, ATV riding, and spending quality time with friends and family.

Michael "Tennessee" Banks came to SERVPRO of Bay County in October of 2017, bringing with him over 25 years of commercial and residential construction experience. Tennessee works as a Crew Chief, and is IICRC Certified in Water Damage Restoration and Trauma & Crime Scene Clean Up. Tennessee's vibrant personality and friendly demeanor captivate the room when he walks in, and he is an outstanding leader in our production department. When not working, Tennessee enjoys football, basketball, listening to R&B and Jazz music, photography, and LOVES Bar-B-Queuing. He has aspirations to one day open his own Jazz and Blues restaurant, which he wants to name "Tennessee Place."

Ashley became a member of the SERVPRO of Bay County team in May of 2014 as an Administrative Assistant. She has nearly 18 years of customer service and administrative assistant experience, and her strong work ethic and commitment to our customers makes her a tremendous asset for our team. Ashley is also Water Restoration Technician certified through the IICRC. Outside of work, Ashley enjoys spending time at the beach and waterparks with her three children.

Travis came to SERVPRO of Bay County in August of 2017 with a proud history of serving his county. He served in the United States Army for 8 years, including a tour overseas. He has over 12 years of experience in Water and Fire Restoration, holds a Water Restoration Technician certification from the IICRC, and his experience from his military service adds professionalism to every aspect of his work with SERVPRO of Bay County. Travis has recently earned the position of Project Manager with our mitigation department. Although his military career has moved Travis around the world, he was born and raised in Panama City and is happy to be back home. In his spare time, Travis enjoys a variety of sports and spending time with his family.

William "DJ" Owens joined the SERVPRO of Bay County team in July of 2018 as a Reconstruction Technician. DJ has a background in carpentry, plumbing and electrical, and holds an EPA certification. DJ has training from the HVAC industry, and along with his other experience, holds a background that is a great fit for the SERVPRO of Bay County Reconstruction Department. When DJ is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing games, and enjoying life!

Trevor joined the SERVPRO of Bay County team in October of 2018 as a Production Technician. He has since grown his skillset, achieving certification as a Water Restoration Technician from the IICRC, and working hard to become a Crew Chief. When Trevor is not working, he enjoys going on vacations with his family and Bar-B-Queuing.

Catherine Tucker joined the SERVPRO of Bay County team in September of 2019 as the Marketing Support Coordinator, and has recently began transitioning into the position of Business Development. She holds a master’s degree in Corporate and Public Communication from Florida State University, is a Florida Public Notary, and has multiple years’ experience in customer service and restaurant operations. Catherine is known for her attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to task completion. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, volunteering with a local Animal Rescue, and going camping.

Frederick joined the SERVPRO of Bay County team as a production technician in 2021. Frederick brings with him a diverse background of skills, including general labor, air conditioning maintenance, and gas installation. Frederick is highly skilled in demolition, and his positive attitude is a joy in the organization. When he is not working, Frederick enjoys a variety of sports, including baseball, basketball, and track & field. He also likes to spend time fishing and cooking.

Scott Tanner is the newest addition to the SERVPRO of Bay County team, joining us in January of 2022 as a member of our Reconstruction Department. "Tanner," an Alaskan transplant to Florida, brings with him numerous years of experience in home remodeling, and previously owned Planet Tanner Superior Flooring. When he is not working, Tanner enjoys playing darts and pool, spending time on the beach, and cheering on his favorite team, the Florida Gators.

Caitlin began with the SERVPRO of Bay County team in May of 2022 as a Job File Coordinator and Dispatcher. Caitlin comes to our team with a background in teaching, holding her Child Care Director credentials, Child Development Achievement (CDA) and National Administrative Credentials (NAC). Caitlin enjoys running, reading, going to the beach, and dancing in her spare time, and says that she "never meets a stranger.'

Bethel joined the SERVPRO of Bay County team in June of 2022 as a dispatcher/receptionist. Before coming to SERVPRO, Bethel worked with AT&T for 22 years; 10 years as a customer service rep and 12 years in management. She just recently moved with her son to Panama City from Central Florida and says that she loves the area! Outside of work, Bethel says her favorite things are spending time with her son, and enjoying all varieties of music.

Jarvis recently joined the SERVPRO of Bay County team as a Production Technician. Jarvis has previously worked in the construction industry and has experience in concrete work and demolition. Jarvis looks forward to growing his industry knowledge with SERVPRO of Bay County.

Eli recently joined the SERVPRO of Bay County team as a Production Technician. Right after starting, he joined our Storm Team, dispatching to help our neighbors in need with flood damage restoration. Eli has previous experience in plumbing, electrical and HVAC work. Outside of work, Eli enjoys hip-hop music and design.
