Cindy Mattingly Treasurer/General manager
Cindy Mattingly is our Center Manager. Cindy has worked in the Restoration Industry since 1996 and has over twenty years of experience in all phases of restoration work. She oversees our daily production staff as well as managing the office and assisting with estimating. Cindy is a licensed Mold Remediator and is certified with the IICRC in water damage restoration. She has completed the SERVPRO New Franchise Training Program which is exclusive to owners and managers, as well as the Employee Certification Training Program for Water Damage, Fire Damage, Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning, and Successful Subrogation through Claims Training Services along with several continuing education courses and symposiums. Cindy’s broad understanding of the impact of all types of disasters gives her great insight into each unique loss. This along with her compassion allows her to coordinate the best plan with our production and office staff to make it “Like it never even happened.”
Ron Mattingly Operations Manager
Ron Mattingly is our Sales Estimator and he brings many years of industry experience and numerous IICRC Certifications with him. And if that isn’t enough, he is also certified by the National Air Duct Cleaning Association (NADCA). Ron is a tremendous asset and we are lucky to have him as part of our team.
Mike Oakley Production Manager
As Production Manager for SERVPRO of Bartow/Lakeland Highlands, Mike is responsible for insuring our crews arrive promptly, assess the situation correctly, and take care of any disaster you may have. Mike's 20 years experience in the industry make him a true asset to our team.
