Chris from SERVPRO came out to evaluate our bathroom shower and see if it would be a candidate for toxic mold remediation. Not only was he knowledgeable and professional but extremely honest and helpful. He gave us a lot of helpful tips and hints beyond what we called him out for. I work at an office complex and recently, one of the units was being renovated and one of the pipes burst, flooding several units. The south Orlando unit responded to this huge undertaking. I watched how diligently they worked for weeks to restore these units. I was so impressed with the hard work of Victor, Manny, and Maria. They were thorough, organized, and did their work with amazing efficiency.

Victor and his team did an excellent job remediating the water damage from our house. Friendly, very responsive and communicated every step of the process. In addition their work was extremely efficient and made sure the house was clean before leaving for the day.

Great company. Came home to a house that had been leaking for a week and full of mold. SERVPRO Altamonte not only cleaned the mold up they rebuilt my house better then before the flood.

I had to arrange a big clean-up job from across the country. After some online and word-of-mouth research, I went with SERVPRO of Altamonte/Longwood. Linda (Manager) and Dan (Production Manager) were excellent to work with, very hard-working and trustworthy. They were both on the ball with returning calls, texts, and emails; giving estimates; explaining protocol and procedures; making realistic time estimates (e.g., no false promises) and keeping me and my family informed and taken care of at every step. Dan even went to the house prior to making an estimate to take photographs, and then he emailed them to me so I would have an idea of the extent of what needed to be done. On cleaning day, the crew arrived on time, stayed all day and did a fantastic job, cleaning and deodorizing, removing carpet and other items, and locking up. Dan was in touch with me afterwards to let me know how everything went and sent follow-up photos. I honestly could not recommend a company more highly, especially given the fact that I could not be present to oversee the job in person.
