I came home from vacation to my entire 3300sf house flooded from the refrigerator ice line. It was late Sunday night & I wasn't sure who to call, then my husband and I remembered meeting a rep from SERVPRO of Westside/Orange Park at a local charity event. I called the their office at 11:00 pm on a Sunday night and by 12:00 am, crews were at my house to start extracting the water and put in machines to dry the walls. They did a GREAT job!!! Thank you for helping us through this difficult time.
On June 20, 2014, our toilet broke causing the master bedroom, bath, closet, hall and another bedroom to flood followed by mold. We had no idea where to begin when a neighbor happily recommended SERVPRO of Westside/Orange Park. I would have to say that Luis is your greatest asset! Because Luis was very clear on what was being done, there was little stress on us by such a BIG mess! Your company saved me a TON of money vs. competitors. Excellent work and service from the team at SERVPRO. They did an great job at ensuring our home was safe from any water damage by covering roof with tarps and getting the debris removed from the yard.
When water came pouring down from the ceiling, I was sure that everything was damaged beyond repair. I called SERVPRO of Westside/Orange Park and very quickly they arrived. The equipment dried the ceiling and walls within a few days. The service was fast and reliable. The fellows who placed the equipment were clean, polite, professional and informative.
