Our offices smelled really bad after a fire had started in the basement. We believe the fire started in the breaker box from dust accumulation. The basement was full of black smoke and the rest of the offices didn't look bad but they smelled awful. We called SERVPRO and their staff surprised me. They started with cleaning the offices and deodorizing them with their green machines. They wanted to make sure we could continue working while the basement was cleaned of the soot and smoke. They even provided portable power to the building since we didn't have any. Overall it was a great experience and I would use them again if I had to in the future.
