We recently contacted your company to do carpet cleaning in 3 rooms that had some serious stains from a dog and a cat and knew these stains may not come up. Your crew arrived on time and went right to work, explaining what they were going to do. They were also respectful of my hardwood floors by wearing protective show coverings which I appreciated. I received a call from a Mrs. Deborah Walters just now, and she nothing but great things to say about Dan and Johnathan. She explained how absolutely pleased she was with the thoroughness of the job and the dedication to quality work, that the team had displayed. She typically does not have service people in her home, since her husband is usually capable of all tasks, and she did not regret the decision one bit. She stated she felt comfortable and delighted to be around the guys and talk with them. Mrs. Walters said Dan was so similar to her son, that the more she talked with him, she felt as if her son was in the home with her and he made her feel comfortable, and that you are a personable guy when on site, She appreciated that.

CHEER wishes to extend our sincere thanks and appreciation to the entire Georgetown SERVPRO organization for their prompt high quality service.  We recently experienced an event in our large commercial kitchen which required an immediate and large scale clean-up effort.  Within hours , SERVPRO had and estimator on site, work commenced immediately and the SERVPRO crew had our kitchen and all of its equipment in first rate condition within our very tight deadline.  They proved to us that when you got to have it done, you can count on them to deliver.

We had a cleaning company damage our vinyl floors by treating them with acrylic wax. It was not evenly applied and looked terrible. Amanda was fantastic and coordinated with Russell to get the wax stripped from our floors. She was great at working around our schedule and keeping us informed. Russell was fantastic! He was courteous, careful, and completed stripping 2700 sq ft of flooring in a timely manner. It now looks amazing and "Like it never even happened."
