Chip Nunan is the Co-Owner and Operator of SERVPRO of Dover/Middletown. He has been in SERVPRO for over 20 years. He is certified through IICRC in Health & Safety, Water Damage Restoration, and Applied Structural Drying. He is also a certified Lead Renovator.

Chris Nunan (Co-Owner)
Chris has been involved in SERVPRO for over 25 years. He started out on the truck as a helper working in the summer during school and has since held almost every position that the company has to offer. This is the second SERVPRO location that he has owned. Chris also served as a restoration business consultant helping over 200 clients develop and grow their businesses. Over the years he has worked his way up and has attained many certifications along the way. Some are OSHA Certified, ABRA (American Bio-Recovery Association,) WRT (Water Remediation Technician), FSRT (Fire & Smoke Remediation Technician), ASD (Applied Structural Drying), HST (Health and Safety Technician,) AMRT (Applied Microbial Remediation Technician), and numerous business, leadership and negotiating courses. Along with these certifications Chris is also able to teach continuing education classes for the insurance industry in the states of NC, SC, PA, DE, and NJ.
Alexis Nunan
Alexis Nunan is the Operations Specialist at SERVPRO of Dover/Middletown. She has over 15 years of experience in the field and in the office. She has the following certification from IICRC: Water Remediation Restoration and is certified in Mold Remediation through IOT.
John Mast
John Mast is the Construction Manager at SERVPRO of Dover/Middletown. John has 30 years of construction experience. He began his career in the Wilmington/Newark area framing and building houses. John spent 25 years as the Assistant Maintenance Director for Dover Air Force Base Housing. He provides the knowledge and expertise that is necessary to repair your home or business to like new status. He will guide you through the process and address all your questions and concerns. John is valuable resource and an asset to SERVPRO of Dover/Middletown.
Sara Brooks
Sara Brooks is the Job File Coordinator and Office Administrator for SERVPRO of Dover/Middletown. Sara is the go-to person in the office for any questions or concerns. Sara is the Xactimate expert in the office. She works directly with the Production and the Construction Managers to generate job estimates. Sara is a WRT (Water Remediation Technician) certified and is our Fire Estimator
